Don't bring your clothes here, you never know what is going to happen to them. I dropped off a nice pair of Banana Republic pants and they SHRUNK them by 3 inches. They wouldn't even take responsibility for the damage they caused. Horrible place.
They steal your clothes!!!! They stole a very expensive mens dress shirt and then actually tried to give me someone elses shirt in replacement ?????? It took 2 months of constant calling to get reimbursed, then they WILL NOT reimburse you for what you pay for it. POOR BUSINESS!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
DONT GO HERE – I paid $150 to have my wedding dress cleaned and pressed. I picked it up the day before the wedding and found it neatly wrapped, so I didn't want to open it to ensure it arrived at the ceremony site wrinkle free. Upon opening it to dress shortly before the ceremony I found that not only had it never been pressed, but it also had dirty spots on it! It was horrible. Later when I contacted American Cleaners to discuss what had happened, they blamed it all on me and would do nothing to even look into the situation. I requested my money back since they didn't do ANYTHING except wrap the dress up. I never saw a dime and never even received an apology. Worst service ever and I will never again go there.
Such horrible service – In an economy like we have right now, I cannot believe the horrible service I was subjected to. I will certainly never go back there!
Ruin clothing, if they don't lose it first! – In my line of work it's important to dress well, so I've acquired some hand tailored suits and shirts over the past couple of years. It's a bitter pill to swallow when a $2,400 suit's lining gets torn to shred after only wearing the suit 4 times. Thanks, American. At least I still have the suit and can pay to have the lining replaced, because they certainly accept ZERO responsibility for that. To boot, of the 15 shirts I brought to them, 3--and of course they're the 3 that were hand tailored for me at $219/ea--have gone missing. I'm still waiting for resolution there. Bottom line, drive a little further and skip this, not worth it.
dont go there...they really do mess up good cloths. – Really bad cleners. they keep cracking the buttons and shirts have lines on the back . i will not go there again!.
Always find their coupons before you go – Dry clean 2 hours, starched shirts in by 12pm out by 4pm. Count all your stuff things can get lost in this high volumn operation.
