CAKETASTIC. Wedding cake from another company didn't arrive- called Black Forest! They put together some cakes for us and delivered within the hour! Fantastic company to work with!! Truly appreciated their kindness and positive attitude!!

Impressive Cakes by Exceptional People. I'm a very busy person, so for me to take the time to get on citySearch, create an account, and write up a Review means either this place is exceptional or the worse experience in my life. Let me just say Black Forest Bakery Cafe is one of the most impressive bakeries I've ever purchased a cake from. My family has always been sticklers for a good cake on any occasion. After moving to Southern Cal from Northern Cal, I couldn't find a good enough place. After reading many reviews on the internet, I thought I'd try them out. Let me tell you, the personalized service from Darlene and her husband Hannu is hard to find in this day and age. Darlene made great recommendations for a Valentine's day cake, and when I picked it up, her ideas came to life. The chocolate with rasberry filling and was top notch.

I look forward to having Darlene and Hannu create a miniature wedding cake for our wedding anniversary. Their website is very informative and offer even more pictures of cakes and information on their menus. In a nutshell, impressive cakes and exceptional customer service.

fabulas food, service and atmosphere. the black forest bakery and cafe (under new ownership) has turned from a hokie german bakery into a beautiful european experiance with the best pasterys i have ever tried in orange county! i would recomend it to familys, buisness people and friends out for a nice lunch! did i mention they have wonderfull cakes also?
