Consumer Alert!!. When Kwiatkowski Plumbing came to our house to check a backed-up floor drain in our basement, they quoted a HUGE price after they put a camera in it. They wanted to start digging right away! They told us it wasn’t something that could be flushed out and needed replaced. I am SO GLAD I called another reputable plumber who was able to fix it at half the cost WITHOUT DIGGING UP my basement!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I called Kwiatkowski. In addition, it appears they are using some kind of service giving them fake good reviews!!
Almost taken for a ride. Had the worst time with Kwiatkowski Plumbing. I called them to clean a clogged sewer. The plumber they sent told us it couldn’t be cleaned out and needed replaced at a super high price! I just think we were being taken---so, I called another company who was able to clear the line and it has been fine ever since. This was back in the 2nd week of October. I just want to warn others!!
