I chose to hire Prime time to clean my windows after researching several other companies. My house has over thirty windows on multiple levels, they did a professional job,the crew and office personel were polite and responsive to my need of having the windows cleaned in time for a family reunion at our house.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER EVER!!!!! As other people have mentioned they continue to make solicitation calls and they do not remove your name when you ask. I have asked to speak to a manager several times who continues to say they have removed my name but I keep getting calls. I don't even live in Illinois anymore. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. This company is completely irresponsible and horrible. Do not use them or give them your number.
They have clarity on the cost structure, they keep their word on the discounts, they show up on time or early, their service personal are professional in every respect, the results are excellent all around. You can feel comfortable letting them into your home. Their office communication and follow up errors on the side of caution.
I had to write this because business ethics are mostly absent in this era of mega corporate legalized criminality, Sears is guilty of it the banks are guilty of it and our legislators are all guilty of it.
So support local business while their still around.
Brian was here on time and worked quickly through the job. I am very pleased with the finished work - the outside of our windows were clean, no streaks . . . very nice work.
They were excellent. They sent me an email with a price, I called them because I liked the price and they send someone else the next day! The guy that came out was very professional! Excellent customer service!
Bad experience and won't stop calling every couple of months – Same as lolamoo wrote 4/13/2012. Ok experience several years ago but they continually call you when you tell them to stop. I have registered several complaints with the Do Not Call Registry over the years but they have done nothing. The Prime Time people say they won't call again and I ask them to take me off their list but the call process continues.
Only other option is that when they call again and I know they will is to record the call, contact the Better Business bureau or some other Agency that can hopefully stop this harassment. My advice to people out there looking at these reviews is the same as lolamoo, if you need windows done avoid Prime Time and find someone else.
Avoid Prime Time Window Cleaning at all costs! – In 2006 I hired them to clean my widows. They did an fine job, I had no complaints at that time. But since that time they have called me one two times per month (sometimes more) to solicit business. At first I politely explained that I was now a renter and no longer needed widow cleaning services. Then I started to politely ask them to put me on their do not call list, at a certain point I started yelling at them and threatening to file an FCC complaint if they didn't stop calling me. After six years I finally went ahead and filed that FCC complaint. I hope the phone calls will finally stop but I want to warn others about their fate it they choose to deal with this organization. There are many competent widow cleaners out there, no need to use one for which harassment seems to be a business tactic.
Regret Hiring Prime Time – I had Prime Time clean my windows last year and will not be having them come back again. They did a sloppy job. My windows didn't look any better after then they did before they were cleaned.
They complained while they were doing the work at how dirty the windows were and how hard they were to clean.
AND they broke a screen and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get them to fix it and drop it back off at my house.
There are better choices out there! Hire someone else instead.
HARD SELL MARKETING; VIOLATES DO NOT CALL ACT – They've called me for years, despite my being on the Do Not Call list and being asked every year to remove me from their calling list. One time, the caller argued with me, claiming we had a 'preexisting business relationship", which, if true, I don't remember and has to be more than 15 years ago. He got really testy with me - a GREAT way to sell your service!
I'm filing a complaint with the FTC.
DO NOT USE - – This place started calling me in 2008 and time and time again I told them "NO". Last year I listened to their sales pitch by someone who assured me they were the "salesperson". Upon receiving a quote, I set an appointment because their prices were too good to be true. They sent two mexicans that barely spoke english but could speak a much higher price, more than double what I was quoted - many "add ons" they do not mention on the phone. When they phoned the office I spoke with 3 different people who tried to get my business. They assured me they had NO salespersons, only telemarketers that obviously know very little. The guy that came to do the cleaning said this happens all the time. I did not go thru with the cleaning and told 2 of the 3 people I spoke with to take me off of their list. Between June & October 2011 rec'd calls every month, asked them not to call again. This evening at 7 p.m. rec'd call & asked to be taken off their list then asked for the callers name. He refused to give me his name. This place is a joke. Get used to seeing this because I'm posting it everywhere, this place should not be in business
P.S. the cleaners they sent offered to do the windows on the side, on the weekend for cash, WAY less! HA they are making good money as Prime Time has angered so many people.
