be careful with this company – Careful with doing business or purchasing from this company. Ira Weinstein contracted us to deliver his product and has failed to pay. Multiple attempts (dozens)to reach Ira via, email, cell, and office. Confirmation of poster above about them answering the phone and unprofessionalism.
This was written by a Supplier of Reds Pools, who delivered to a Reds Customer and then tried to raise the price. Because Reds Pools would not allow it's customer to be cheated, there is a dispute.
But Network FOB is so nasty, they wrote to the BBB to complain instead of honoring their agreement.
These reviews should be for customers of Reds Pools, not suppliers!!!
Live From My Beautiful Backyard – I recently purchased the Citria Montauk Wicker Patio Set from Reds Pools and am overwhelmed by how luxurious and comfortable it is. After visiting several Vegas day parties, I had to have my own daybed like feel. My backyard looks pretty fancy considering I spent only $799 on the entire set. I researched several retailers before buying with Reds and found that their prices and quality were far superior to their peers. My order was delivered within a week and my family and I spent the summer sitting pretty. I had bought pool supplies from Reds in the past and just ordered a great mesh pool cover to close our in ground pool for the winter.
Great Follow Through and Tech Support on My Pool – I never write these things, but Ira and Jay were so helpful with my in ground pool purchase, Reds Pools asked I write this for them and was hapy to oblige. I installed an inground pool and saved a lot on money. The technical support from Jay was top shelf, even my installer was impressed with the experience and insight and helpful hints we received. My Pool was installed in the Summer and it is now closed with a safety cover that Reds sold and I cant wait til next summer. I find it hard to believe anyone had trouble with Reds.
I recommend them 100%
WORST COMPANY/SERVICE EVER – DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have an "F" RATING with BBB. There have been 8 complaints filed with BBB in the past 12 MONTHS!!!
Wish I had read other online reviews of this company before purchasing from them!! Worst experience of my LIFE. I ordered $2600 Patio Furniture on June 1st, 2011 -the online order form AND Check Out form both stated it would be delivered in FIVE to NINE DAYS. I FINALLY received my furniture on September 12th. That's right - AFTER SUMMER WAS OVER. At one point we thought the company went out of business and we would NEVER receive our furniture. The so called "Customer Service" dept (I've learned now there ISN'T ONE) never returned a phone call or email. If you call the 800 number it rings and rings -no one ever answers the phone -it ridiculous. The one employee I did manage to reach,Jay Katz at extension 3501 was horribly rude and cursed at me. My attorney (YES, I had to hire an attorney) thinks this business is going under and this is why many of their problems exist. The only way I was able to finally get my furniture was by following my attorneys advice, and calling the owner -Ira Weinstein on his personal cell phone multiple times. Again -WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
