The Better Business Bureau Gives Them A Grade of "F". They do come to your home promptly, but they do not honor the free service call when your TV is fixed like they say they do, I was charged the $59 fee in addition to the labor they charged me to fix the TV. The BBB gives them an "F" for good reason, and they have not responded to any of their complaints so far. Stay away!
