RIP-OFF. Stay away from this place. They'll gouge you.

I signed up for both a membership and a training contract, and canceled them in August. The training contract was for 12 sessions. I had already paid for 8, which left a balance of 4 sessions on my account. Instead of charging me the 50% buy-out fee when I canceled, they have been charging me for one session each month for the past 5 months. At this point, they have taken even more than the original contract was for, yet they insist that I still owe them MORE money!

I called today and the representative was completely uncooperative. My credit card company is now handling the dispute.

Even while I was a member, I noticed how shady they were. While getting me to sign up for the training agreement, their manager promised me 6 "free" sessions. Little did I know that the sessions were off the books, and were to be given by their office staff and not actual trainers!

Also, on more than one occasion I missed training appointments because the times that the trainer wrote in my book and entered in the computer were different! Of course, they charged me for the missed appointments anyway.

Sure, the gym is pretty and it seems like a bargain, but their business practices are beyond shady. I have been a member of many gyms, but never experienced anything like this.
