Okay But.... Kelly, the owner, has been my stylist for years and I have been pleased with the service. However, recently I was persuaded to visit another more upscale salon with a girlfriend of mine which is Mizani certified, and believe me, Mizani makes ALL the difference. If this salon would become Mizani Certified, it would take H.O.T to a whole other level. H.O.T salon provides a nice atmosphere and Kelly is a complete clown! But it's time for them to move on up to Mizani level and use ceramic irons!! I visited Shagg to Chic on Lafayette Rd and all I have to say is...WOW.
