Got my haircut today and one side of my hair is longer than the other. Would not recommend. Try Antons is Delafield or Pewaukee.
BEST Salon EVER!! – I have been going to Vici at Brookfield Square for a few years now and have to say it is the BEST salon I have ever been to! My hair is considered a bit tough to work with as it is thick and wavy; I kept going to different stylists at different salons hoping to find one who could make me look good.
Three years ago I found Dalaine - she came recommended by another client who is a friend of mine. Dalaine took the time to work with me and my type of hair and I finally have a style that I am happy with!!
I have never had any problems scheduling appointments. Even when I have to reschedule due to a conflict the front desk staff is always polite, professional and willing to work with me.
Vici staff always go out of their way to make sure I am happy - if you are looking for the BEST salon, this is it!
Worst!! – After the front desk wouldn't help me in picking out a stylist which suits my needs, the girl who answered the phone said she didn't think it was fair to recommend someone. Really? Thats your job to make sure the clients are fixed up with the stylist who best suits there needs.
I looked at the bio of each, which didn't help b/c instead of writing about training and what they excel in they write about what leisure activities they like to do and what they like to eat......go figure.
I ended up picking PATRICK........ MAJOR MISTAKE!! I need some highlights just 2 levels from my natural hair color. In his consultation he told me 1 color Partial highlights would be $90 and that didn't include dry or style. If I didn't wanted to walk out of the salon with wet hair it would cost me an extra $30. Not only did he charge me $35 over the amount listed on the menu for highlights he wanted to charge me an extra $30 to finish the job. How can he check his work when he lets a client leave with wet hair? This guy is a master?? I will never go back to this salon, its a joke.
I also have had a great experience with Tori, only to find out she is no longer with the organization. There seems to be little concern about the customer when a stylist leaves. I have no idea where I am going to go for the same quality care. If anyone out there knows where Tori went, please share the news with me.
Great stylists , bad desk n scheduling. – I have had great hair for three years from Tori and Nicole, both are really warm easy to work with people that excel at making me look great and stay comfortable. The service is not cheap , but the results are top notch. I have had several schedule issues with the desk however where they forget to schedule my appointment or enter it on a day when I was not actually scheduled. These were not handled shall we say gracefully. My only concern at this point is that both Tori and Nicole have left the salon and I have no idea who would be a good person to try. The desk has not been helpful at looking for someone with the same skills and maybe even a similar awesome personality. I am not sure what is next if anything at this salon . Amanda
so happy!!! – It was my first time here, and I was so happy with my service! My stylist Tori made me feel so comfortable as soon as I sat down. She discussed products and showed me how to style my hair, which I am now excited about! I will definitely come back!
Not good customer service – I have been going to Vici Capilli for many years. I found a stylist there that has been the best stylist I have ever had. Unfortunately, 70% of the appointments I have with her get rescheduled. I complained to the assistant manager and all I get are apologies. They tell me they would be more than happy to put me with another stylist. That doesn't help me in the least. I can always schedule an appointment with another stylist, however, when you have one you like, it is a shame that you need to continually reschedule.
I understand things happen, but when your paying top dollar, plus tip, I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced by having to reschedule 70% of my appointments. When I spoke to the assistant mgr, I told her that the salon should five discounts on future hair apts ($ off) with that same stylist or another stylist. They told me no and just continued to apologize and give excuses for why the appointments needed to be rescheduled. SHAME ON VICI's Salon, Brookfield. They lost a long time customer.
Perfect Blonde Finally! – I have been going to Vici in Brookfield since I was 15. Im blonde, and Im always looking to get the perfect blonde color with perfect color highlights. Ive had multiple stylists, designers do my hair. Ive also been to other salons, such as carenza, and hair xperience(HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!) Well everytime I go somewhere else, I always end up coming back here because they KNOW their stuff and there prices are low(depending if you get a GTS.Stylist.designer.master.or artist. I got my hair done yesterday, all over real light blonde color, with light low-lights. Dana was my stylist! She was awsome. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair, and she knew exactly what colors I wanted. She made it happen. I finally have the Blonde Hue Ive been looking for. If your blonde and looking for that perfect blonde hue. Dana is your girl!! Will definatley keep her as my stylist for a while as long as she keeps doing a great job!!!
good service – Perhaps because its so difficult to write a review, they tend to be negative. My daughter and I have been going to Vicis for two years and are very happy overall. I have been seeing Torrie who is now a master and have never been happier with my hair. My daughter will see anyone who has the time and her hair always looks good, and they are very accomodating with a quick bang cut when she needs one. Additionally I had an excellent wax with Soci (sp) and am going back for another. The front desk is manned by young women, but if anything, I tend to mess appointments up. In the two years we have been going, only once I was double-booked, and that was due to a mix-up I helped create.
