After many unsatisfied situations at Toyota of Hollywood, I went with a friend to visit Pompano Nissan. We sat and talked to Kelly Cowart. He listened to my situation and had a solution with raw numbers. He explained the course of action that Toyota of Hollywood took to sell me this particular car and I fully understood his explanation. With the help of the Leasing Manager, he came up with the ideal situation to get me out debt in a car that I was under on and into a car that was much more financially suitable and much happier in. Kelly was honest, easy-going, and no BS. Thanks to that one visit, Pompano Nissan and Kelly Cowart get my full endorsement to anyone thinking of going elsewhere.
I got the car of my dreams, well the car still a dream but the experience became a nightmare.
Not being my first car by now the worse buy. Not because of the car more then the place I choose to get it from.
Everybody needs to make money, and I do believe the owner of this dealer may don't even have an idea what people is representing his company, I'm fine that they make their commission or what ever they call, but keep your customers for a future sell or reference. Besides paying extra for the car I have, I been offer an extra warranty if that ever exist, the person in charge of financing Who is suppose to be the right hand of every businesses offer me in his own words "I have a package for you for only an extra $50.00 a month, that will keep you worry free for the next 100.000 miles or 72 months, that means bumper to bumper cover for your vehicle including 36 months or 45.000 miles full cover maintenance the best deal ever" then he give an explanation of what it covers in detail. Then I said to my self wow that sound very good, because my self even when I buy a TV, I buy extra warranty. So why not. Well if it was the way a was explain, that was great for me. But nothing apply that way. All it happens to be an scam. Sooner I start to demand for the service that I pay for, it happens that I been trick.
Now this person do not work there any more and it took me a year to get back 75% of my money. Now part of the money is back, what about the hard time, the reference I can give to anyone who ask me about where I get my car from, well that a question I let Pompano Nissan answer.

Great Service And Pricing From Pompano Nissan – We recently purchased a new 2012 Nissan Altima from Pompano Nissan. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised how good the service was from beginning to end.
Our Salesman was very helpful and financing was quite easy. I got the price I wanted without any hassles and drove away in my new car same day.
I would recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to buy form Pompano Nissan! Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
Best quote in Broward County – Got best quote in the county for my car. Bought it in April 2011. I recommend Doug Wilson, and Ed Oliveira. Clean office, great variety and only dealer with the car I wanted in stock.
I bought a brand new Nissan Juke in November and had a bad sales experience. After the salesman and I had agreed on a fair price (above the dealer invoice cost), the dealer tried to add on a $600 "dealer's fee." They negotiated in bad faith. I then had starting and GPS problems within 2 weeks of the purchase. The Endicott Nissan dealer service dept. has been unable to even locate the source of the problems--never mind fix them. They return the car filthy (last time with 4 huge spots of bird crap on it) and unfixed. The service person told me to take the car to another Nissan dealer! Endicott sold the car and can't service it! I have brought the car back 3 times without any problems rectified. The last time, I left it with the dealer for 4 days at the suggestion of the service manager, Dennis Namor, so that they could find an "intermittent" problem as they termed it. The only thing I received in return was a lot of bird crap on the new paint. Now the dealer has just renamed itself "Pompano Nissan" and Dennis Namor is no longer working there! I can only assume that my awful experience with them was typical, and that they had to rename the dealer out of shame. DON'T BE FOOLED: STAY FAR AWAY FROM ENDICOTT-POMPANO NISSAN IN POMPANO BEACH.
My name is Richard Aldahan, I am the new owner of Pompano Nissan. I purchased the dealership on March 16, 2011. I assure that I do not have anything to do with the prior owners. We did not just rename the dealership. I invite you to stop in and see me personally so that I can correct the concerns that you have with your Juke. You may reach me at 954-781-7700 ask for me personally - I DO NOT SCREEN MY CALLS - I TAKE ALL CALLS.
I look forward to hearing from you.
SCAMMERS – It is with great disappointment that I write this letter to inform you of the terrible experience I had at Endicott Nissan. As a gift my husband had taken my car to get it serviced for brakes, tire rotation and oil change. I had specified to him that if he was going to do this to take it to an actual Nissan repair shop to ensure that the job was done right and scam free as this has been our experience with smaller locations in the past. Well, I was wrong! To my dismay I got exactly what I was trying to avoid. Though the tires were rotated, oil changed and breaks repaired there was now something broken that was working perfectly fine prior to the car being taken to Endicott NIssan. My radio was now broken. Despite the fact that radio turns on and you can visually see the stations change on the dashboard screen the volume doesn't go up, there is no sound. As soon as my husband notice this he made it a point to return to Endicott Nissan the next day to inform them of the issue. I was not even upset when I found out about this unfortunate news, I figured it was an honest mistake and they will just fix it. Unfortunately, when my husband return to speak with Dennis Namor (Service Manager) about the matter Dennis reply was that what had been worked on in the car had nothing to do with the radio and that therefore they were not responsible for whatever issue is going on with my car. As if that was not enough of an offense he had the audacity to recommended to have the car checked for the price of $75. Now if my radio was working prior to its visit to Endicott Nissan it is of much interest the "coincidence" that right after picking up my car from there service it stopped working. Could it be that maybe since these men were working under the hood of my car and raising my car on a lift that they would have accidently touched, loosen, or even break something causing the radio to stop working properly? This I am certain of. I have gone ahead and done my research and spoken to other mechanics as well to see if it is possible that such a thing could have happened while getting my car serviced for the above mentioned things and the possibilities are endless. I contacted the General Manager of Endicott Nissan Delroy Small and he said he would try to resolve the issue and give me a call back. Delroy never returned my phone call and instead had Dennis call me back only to give me no solution all while he yelled at me because he was upset that I had contacted his General Manager. At this point I am seriously outraged by the behavior of the management team at Endicott Nissan, they are extremely unprofessional and dishonest and I will do everything I possibly can to ensure that no one ever takes there car to be serviced at there location. These are scammers and have no consideration for there customers. We set out to get a job done right paying more than it would cost in many other places only to end up getting scammed.
My name is Richard Aldahan, I am the new owner of Pompano Nissan. I am sorry about your experience with the prior owners. I invite you to call me personally so that I can attempt to rectify your situation. I can be reached at 954-781-7700. I DO NOT SCREEN MY CALLS. I look forward to hearing from you.
