Great Staff – Nice store, I been dealing with these guys for years they are great they always help me and get me the phone that's right for me. I go there all the time when i have a problem or question and they always give me the best service and everyone who is in the store . Honestly I been to many stores and I am not an easy guy to please but these guys just mange to do it and the others don't

BEST SERVICE HANDS DOWN! – Being someone that has worked in sales and customer service, I am very critical of the service that I recieve and therefore when I come across exceptional service I have to give them kudos! I was actually a T-mobile customer and was in the area, looking for help with my phone and happened to walk into this store, even though it was a Verizon store. Although I wasn't their customer, they were more than happy to help me, and since I wasn't happy with my current service provider, I decided to inquire about what Verizon has to offer. Needless to say, the representative Angel blew me out of the water. She was extremely knowledgable, thorough with her explanations and took the time to make sure that I was happy and confident with my purchase before I left the store - and all with a smile on her face. This while she was helping 2 other customers at the same time. Multi-tasking is not even the word. I actually decided to take the plunge and go for a smartphone, although I was a little hesitant. I even told her I would be back for more help, and she told me they are open 7 days a week and to come by anytime. While I was in there, 2 other customers stopped in to just say hi and to thank her for her help. I am so happy I came to this store.

SCAM BEWAR WORST VERIZON EVER THEY SELL USED PHONES AS NEW – I had the worst experience there. I bought a new droid for my daughter there 8 days ago payed full price for a new phone with my upgrade. A few days later my daughter had problems with the phone. First it was not holding a charge then it was dropping calls and then the touch screen was acting up. I started to think that this phone was not as new as they said it was. Then I realize that my phone was not packaged like a new smart phone should have been. The phone was sold to us in a generic Verizon cell phone box and came with no cellophane or packaging and at a close look the phone had some scratches on it. So I called Verizon about my suspicions and sure enofe the phone was activated over five before I bought this so called bran new phone. Verizon then explained to me that once a phone is activated that’s when the warranty started. So I had just bought a new droid that had a seven month warranty not twelve. At this time I had already sent in the rebate and in doing so I destroyed the box not giving it much thought. I pulled out my receipt to check the return policy and realized there was going to be a problem. There recipte reads like one of those shady jewelers walls down in china town. The one where it tells you all stores return policy in bold lettering. Most reputable stores will have their policies in small print on the back of the receipt. So I went to the store without the box and told them that they sold me a used phone and I wanted my money back. The quickly denied it and I quickly told them we can call Verizon and verify and if I was wrong I would leave. Then never called but continued to explain to me that they could not have sold me a used phone. They told me there was nothing they could do without the box. So I explained that I wasn’t trying to return a phone that was defected after I bought it and asking them for a favor. I was returning a phone you sold me that was not new and as the merchant you charged me for goods that was not what I payed for. So to tell me that you can’t return this because I don’t have the box was BS. Then they gave me a few suggestions how to replace this phone. One was to sent it in under my warranty I told them that there was no way I was returning an 8 day old phone under my seven month warranty. Then they told me they would replace it on the spot with a refurbished phone. I told them that’s not what I payed for you didn’t charge me for a refurbished phone. So why would I take a refurbished phone. In the end they completely agreed with me but could not help me because I did not have the box. All Angel & Andy [fake names I’m sure] kept explain to me is that they could not get their money back from Verizon without the box. I kept explain that that wasn’t my problem you obviously sold me a used phone at full price. So as soon as I left I called Verizon. They explained to me that outside of Verizon stores authorized dealers can do whatever they want because they are privately owned. Verizon said they have had a lot of complaints regarding this location and next time I should only buy from a real Verizon store. They then told me that they were very concerned that they are selling used phones to customers as new. They also explained that there resone for not taking back the phone without the box was BS. That in this situation Verizon would have no problem taken back the phone from them without the box because of the circumstances. In the end Verizon sent me a brand new phone expresses mail and the store is now being looked into for this continued practice. Stay away from this store they are habitual liars about everything and if you must shop there verify from Verizon before you leave your phone is brand new.

Avoid – First of all, if you're going to charge more than it costs at a Verizon store for a Verizon phone, you'd better offer better service, but this place doesn't get that. I was entitled to an upgrade but every phone he put in front of me that I could upgrade to was cheezy and although I put no limitations on what he could show me, he stopped at two models. Both of them looked as if they'd been returned already by dissatisfied customers and buffed up to look new. I bought one of them and he said he couldn't upload my data, gave me some bs about my old phone blah blah. I went to the Verizon Store on 42nd St that day and they did in no problem, in the time it took me to browse around (where I saw all the other models, cheaper, that I could have upgraded to), and they told me there was nothing about my old phone that made it difficult to do.

However, the phone was not a keeper, cheap build, low, poor audio, so I returned it in a week, as was my right. The guy acted as if I was the biggest pain in the #$@# and was downright insulting.

Buying a cell phone and plan is enough of a trip. Why make it a completely miserable experience?

Like having bamboo shoots shoved up your nails – I have never had a worse retail store experience in all my 60 years of living. The manager is so dishonest that I wouldn't be surprised if he tells customers up is down and red is blue. His salesperson told me, no joke, that the bluetooth headsets sell much better than the wired ones because people are concerned with the radiation danger of the audio going up the wire!

Manager is dishonest and incredibly lazy. He refused to do a transfer of my data of a phone I bought fromhim, giving me a lame excuse about how his machine couldn't do it. I went in on a day he wasn't there and the clerk did it in 2 minutes. When I told him what the manager said he just rolled his eyes and said it's an easy thing to do, the guy's just an a-hole.
