Terrible Customer Service. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have horrible long wait times- it once took over 4 weeks for them to do our first warranty repair, do not perform repairs correctly, and they do nothing to stand behind the quality of products they sell. After less then 3 years of purchasing a new John Deere lawn mower, we have had incorrect warranty work done, and now have early wear and tear on our machine. We owned a craftsman previously for 10 years and never needed service. The staff and management are rude and have not tried to work with us to address the problems. This family owned business does not stand behind their guarantee of quality product or support. Just putting the word out so other people don't get scammed by this place.
