HORRIBLE ARRANGEMENT!. Very pathetic arrangement for Vday. My husband did a good thing and Cascade Florist screwed it up. Dying flowers, ugly vase that doesn't even match the arrangement, and CARNATIONS along side baby roses?!? RU KIDDING ME?!? It's really ugly and CHEAP! BTW, I know how much my husband paid and this is NOT the value he deserved.

I am very happy my husband tried so hard but VERY disappointed in this florist. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM!!!

Not local they are a very shady company. They advertise as a local florist and they are located in Issaquah. Call and ask where they are located. They have many addresses and websites listed under diffferent names to fool you and make you think they are local. They take your money and pay less for another florist to do it to value which means less flowers and not what you ordered. The gaurentee is bs and they do not honor it because once they have your money they keep it. Do your research on Cascade florists and issaquah florists. Very Shady.

Satisfaction NOT Always Guaranteed. I ordered a beautiful arrangement depicted on the site for our Anniversary. The next day my Wife recieved an arrangement, or should I say flowers thrown in a vase. What was sent looked nothing like the "arrangement" I ordered from the web site. Despite numerous phone calls and emails (most going unanswered) with this company and their reps the only thing I have recieved to date is LIP SERVICE and no monetary resolution. Next time I will walk into a local florist, choose the arrangement, and pay for it when I pick it up. I learned my lesson but I still can't get back our Anniversary Day.

A 100% written satisfaction guarantee offered by a company should mean something. In addition, after emailing pictures to Cascade Florists manager I have an email response (the only one) from Cascade's manager stating "I am in agreement with you on this arrangement. This is unacceptable". But to date I have only recieved lip service and broken promises from this company. They have given me no further response as promised OR no monetary resolution.

POOR SERVICE. Scheduled a delivery and called the morning of to verify that my order was in stock and would be delivered on time. I was told "Yes yes, of course", however I did not receive what I ordered and it was not delivered on time. They also charged me an extra $40 to deliver it within my deadline. After this disastrous service, they refused to discount or compensate me in any way. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!! They WILL ruin your special occasion.

BEST Flower Gifts in NW. Their service has always been great whether I called or ordered online. In both cases what I order is what was delivered - and always on time. Good solid company I've used for years.

The best lilies I've ever gotten. The biggest and freshest lilies I've ever received. I can't even grow ones like these. I called to ask where they were from and was told they buy them at grower's auction. Ask for the 'oriental' variety in pink, all-white or a rose&cream one called 'stargazer'.

Sunday Delivery - Hooray. None of the shops I have used in the past are open on Sunday. Time is tight for me. I forgot a birthday. For a small fee they took my evening order AND delivered it 1 hour late. My mom was happy and I was relieved!

Best Roses Ever. I've sent pinks, yellows, red and even lavender. All just perfect and long lasting. I won't use anyone else
