Treated like a criminal – My husband and I could not decided exactly what computer to buy and so with our own admission, did several returns and exchanges at different Best Buys. When my husband attempted to either return or exchange our last item, he was treated like a criminal and was humiliated beyond belief by one of the managers at this Best Buy. She rather strongly intimated that we were somehow scamming Best Buy. She told him that it was "people like us" that makes Best Buy charge restocking fees. She told him that she was e-mailing the other Best Stores in Tucson so they could watch out for us and our supposed scam. She did not want to refund the money but finally decided to do so but on her terms. She refused to give my husband cash as part of the refund and instead put in on our card. He walked out that store feeling like he was a criminal. I would never go to this store again-evidently their managers are allowed to take matters into their own hands and judge people.
I'll never step foot inside again! – Where do I start? I went in last year to have an alarm installed. Showed up for my appointment and was told to come back in three hours. After three hours - the guy hadn't even started. After five, I told the installer to remove everything - I was leaving. He told me it would take him an hour to finish or an hour to uninstall. He finally finished two or three later. The manager promised to make it right buy did nothing. So again this year I attempt to call the installer to see about setting up another install in another vehicle. I know - what was I thinking? I thought I would give them another chance. Twice I call and twice no one answers. (This happened when I called the Sierra Vista Best Buy as well.) So I go in and am unable to get anyone to help me in the auto section. So I go back two days later, finally go looking in another section to have someone assist and am told that the installer is busy - he'll be out in five to ten minutes. After thirty - I leave. I'll never step foot in another Best Buy again!
