Having my hair done here for 3 yrs and very pleased. I have always had Lori as my professional stylist and always let her decide the best look for me, which I have never had a disappointing haircut or color : ) Just want to say “Thank-you” for always working me in and treating me well. I also appreciate the diversity among customers- young, old, women, men. Beautiful building, very classy & right next to Andover’s new “Super Walmart” which will be even more convenient for me!!

Stay FAR away from this salon!

I had my hair done at this salon about 5 weeks ago. I called the same night and asked for a re-do as the highlights weren't bright enough and the low lights didn't even show up as it wasn't left in my hair long enough. I made an appointment for a week later (Wednesday). I received a call that Monday verifying my appointment for Tuesday.. I was like "huh, thought my appointment was on Wednesday as scheduled".. I called them and had to reschedule as it wasn't made right the first time (they scheduled it for the wrong day).. All of the days the stylist was there, I was working.. And all of the days I was free, the stylist wasn't there.. I then asked to see a different stylist to do my re-do so I could get in sooner, and they said it had to be the stylist that originally did my hair. The scheduled me out 2 more weeks, as That was now the only time I was able to get in with the stylist's schedule. I was told on the phone by the receptionist it was fine that it was that far out and not to worry about it. When I came in for my re-do appointment 2 weeks later, when I was sitting in the chair and my hair was 1/2 foiled the stylist said I may be charged for product as it took so long for me to get in, but we would talk to the front desk about it when I was done with my hair.. I told he I didn't want to have to pay for it, as it is supposed to be a re-do. When I was done with my hair, I went to the cashier/receptionist and she told me I owed $13 for product... The stylist then came up with papers and said I owed $45 as the re-do took so long.. I told her the lady that rescheduled my appointment told me not to worry about it and never mentioned anything about having to re-pay or pay anything for it. The lady at the front desk didn't care and said I had to pay $45 because that's what the stylist said, she also said the girl that took my call was new and didn't know what she was talking about. She told me she would have the owner call me right away the next morning. I didn't receive any call and called them back the next day. they said the store owner was out and would be back in on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went.. Wednesday came and went.. no call either day. I called Thursday and they said they were going to leave another message for her to call me back asap. No call Friday.. No call Saturday.. I called again Monday and they said they were going to have another person (other than the store owner) call me on Tuesday.. no call Tuesday.. It is now Wednesday (almost 2 weeks later) and still NO PHONE CALL!!! I am very upset that I was told it was "no big deal and not to worry about it" then charged $45.00.. They said they have had a policy for re-do's that they have to be within a week. No where is this posted on their website, in there store, nor was I told about it. Non the less, I was told it was fine, and then charged for it, because she said the new girl didn't know the policy. Why am I being punished for something they screwed up on..? If they would have gotten my appointment right in the first place, I wouldn't even be in this situation. Its not my fault they screwed up, and then I wasn't able to get in for an appointment.. I am NEVER going back to this salon for the way I was treated.

Wouldn't recommend – I have rated them before but the ratings are gone - mine and all the others. I ended up with a $180 color/cut that I had to take care of my roots within 1 week of service. I had a 50% off of one service but bill was still $100 for something that had to be fixed one week later when grays where shining through. They wouldn't do anything to help me out. I went to another salon and paid for another color/highlighting with 2 weeks. Get YOUR QUOTES before you go

Most Beautiful Salon – I had the most enjoyable experience with a very knowledgeable and experienced stylist! All the girls are extremely friendly and talented and trustworthy! Great scalp massage in a beautiful and trendy enviornment. Warm atmosphere! The stations are private and not lined up like great clips! Loved the complimentary paraffin hand dip. Would go back for sure!
