My original goal was to lose weight so I could improve my health. I am no longer required to take almost $200.00 a month worth of medications for cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes. I think this is the ultimate meaning of success!
I was generally happy with the amount of weight I lost, and I thought all of the staff were very supportive and helpful. It was difficult to be on such a restrictive diet but the medicine helped a lot.
I'm not doing as well as I expected but completley based on my efforts not those of the staff - the staff you have at the Blakeney location are phenomenal! The appointment process is seamless - the reminders are incredibly helpful - and the staff seems to know me individually - as if i'm the only patient you have.
The staff at the Ballantyne MWL are amazing. They are friendly and always helpful. That's the way I want - pleasing looks and attitude!!!
It was a good experience. I learned what to do and going to the Center helped keep me on track since it made me accountable. The program works if you work it; I got off track and will hopefully get back on again!
I lost 35 pounds originally and return periodically to help me stay on track. The responses to my new look were very rewarding but the biggest reward is the affect on my health--blood sugar lower, more energy, continued motivation to exercise regularly, etc. Thanks to everyone who has been so encouraging and never discouraging!

I have had success following the Medi-Weightloss Clinic daily regimen for the past 11 weeks. I have lost a total of 17 pounds by changing what I eat, how often I eat, where I eat, and how much I eat. I have also found various ways to take in all the water that is required to lose weight. I've also incorporated regular exercise into my weekly routine which I'd been neglecting over the past few years. This plan works if you have the right mind-set to do something good for yourself and are mindful of what it takes to create the body you want.
This has been a very positive experience. I have lost over 50 lbs on the program and it's been simple to follow. The timing was right for me to attack this issue and I needed a structured system to put me on the right path. The plan has done this, but the support of the staff has been an unexpected bonus. I have nothing but positive things to say about the counselors and the staff with particular to Kayla and Spring who I have seen most often. It is truly a positive experience with every interaction and the counselors have been tremendous.
