Excellent customer service – Service technician was very patient and knew what he was talking about in explaining what my pool equipment issues were. Offered good recommendations to solve the problem. I feel lucky to have found such a great company. Especially since our experience in the past 10 years of pool ownership has been very bad with all of the other companies we have tried.
My husband and I would suggest anyone on the westside who owns a pool call this company for all their pool needs.
Honest - Reliable - Knowledgeable – I couldn't believe how good this company was. The technician was on time, professional, knew what he was doing and most of all honest.
Figured out what was wrong with my pool heater in 30 minutes. I had 2 other repair guys out and they couldn't figure out the issue. Both of the other companies told me I needed to just throw my heater away and tried to sell me a new on for get this $4,000.
Thanks again Crystal Clear - your number is posted on my equipment for future use
Sloppy and poor customer service – This company is unprofessional and sloppy. They came to fix an issue with our hot tub as part of our home warranty insurance (Fidelity Home National Warranty). First, they tried to sell us a $400 heater maintenance service - claiming that our heater had not been maintained (which it has, just not by them). Second, after their visit, the heater was left on - leaving the pool at over 100F - an error we didn't catch for two days for various reasons (we had a rain storm, and the technician's visit was in the middle of the week). On phoning to complain and tell them they have a problem with the sloppy work of their technician, the immediate attitude of the company was that it couldn't possibly have been their fault. Needless to say, the call went badly and their customer service representative ultimately hung up on us. We've lodged a complaint to Fidelity Home National Warranty (who we've had excellent customer service from other warranty matters), and strongly urge people to consider other pool maintenance providers.
We did check this customers heater, which was working with visible signs that it needed a maintenance service. This customer has a pool/spa combination. In an attempt to get their heater to heat the spa, the customer had left their heater in spa mode, turning it up past 100 degrees, which heated their pool. This customer wasn't open to the fact that as a homeowner they are responsible for knowledge of how to work their equipment and keeping all equipment maintenance done on a regular basis.
