I would only recommend this facility to those that like being treated like second class citizens.

The management a the arms room in League City needs to seriously rethink their priorities and how they treat their customers. I have been going there since it opened and they have always told me, the customer, that their range was FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED and that you had to be present to get a lane. Come to find out that THIS IS UNTRUE. The arms room has a select class of membership with an ID card called the "Founders Card" that when presented entitles them to the next available lane. These cards are not available to the public and you and I cannot get one.

I learned of this today as I had been there waiting for about an hour, was next in line, and had someone waltz in with his "founders card" and take the next lane. This is certainly not how I expect to be treated by a business that wants me as a customer.

I for one think having private memberships that provide next in line status to the holders is wrong. Forcing customers to wait for the next available lane and then give it to someone that has a private membership card is completely and totally unacceptable.

Customer service...NOT! – All customer are wrong....seems to be a trend here with so many bad reviews I concure with the horrable service, rude staff, Worthless counter girls, expensive pricing.... if you feel the reviews are wrong and have the money to waste ...visit this dump and you'll be adding to the dismay of how this business even can stay open.

This type of business is only as good as their reputation! – I was told that my special order would take 2-21/2 week for delivery. After paying cash for the item and waiting 3 1/2 weeks I was told it would take several months before my item would come in.

They have no idea what customer service is - they never called me to tell me that the order would not be delivered in 2-21/2 weeks, I had to keep calling them to get any information, they don't return telephone calls, they transfer your call and no one every answers, they could never give me a status of my order until I spoke with a manager.

They couldn't refund in cash, gave me a check and sent me to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo wanted $7.50 to cash their check.

I will never try to purchase anything from them again. And please at least put some elevator music on when you put someone on hold or transfer the call - that beeping is very annoying.

I will vote with my wallet and use someone else – First let me say, their new store is very nice. Actually feels smaller them the Old place.

I have been a steady customer before they moved. The owner was always there to answer questions and fix problems, at least in my experience. I have done a couple FFL transfers at the new store on 646, and wish they were back at the old location. Great Company! Even better people! – I have shopped there for years, in the old store and new. I have always felt welcome and any questions i had were more than answered. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and if for some reason they didn't know or couldn't answer they found someone whoh could! Prices are a little high but its a brsnd new store what do you expect? The convience of location and the easy of everything the range offers (by the way it's awesome!) is more than enough to keep me and my family coming back.

customer srtvice – The customer service in the repair department is worse than lousy. Their excuses turn out to be nothing but lies. It appears that they couldn't care less how bad their service is. I will never again do business with them. The indoor shooting range is acceptable, but don't have them do any repairs.

Customers whine no matter what you do! – I have noticed that customers of gun shops are never satisfied no matter how hard you try. You can give the discounts, fast service a great selection of products and it is never enough. That's why I don't give these online reviews much credibility. If they think it is so easy, open your own shop and then you can find out the truth about customers.

High Prices, rude people – I went in the store to buy a rifle. The staff that took care of me was unprofessional. I saw the rifle I wanted but I walked out of the door due to how bad the customer service was. Later the week, I went online to buds gunshop. I found it for 90 dollars cheaper and found a local guy in Houston to do the Federal Firearms Transfer for 15 bucks. (Arms room charges 35 bucks).

i have never felt more comfortable in a gun store. The employees and especially the owner has a wealth of knowledge about what would seem all guns. i was ver impressed with the staff and i would recommend the Arms Room to my friends and family.

Unprofessional – The attendant at the counter was very rude and smelled liked alcohol. Maybe he was just rude to me because of my color of my skin. Maybe that’s his personality. The other people in the store seemed to be treated fairly. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
