Great Cantonese Variety. We love the cantonese variety on the menu, as well as the multitude of special dishes. My favorite dish is the Triplet Delight; a savory blend of shrimp, chicken and beef, sauteed in a rich brown sauce with a huge variety of chinese vegetables. It's absolutely delicious. Plus they give you nice, big portions here. It's a small restuarant, that's big on flavor, and family-owned. We usually call in our order, then pick it up to take it home. The do have a nice, modern yet small dining room, with a flat-screen t.v. for those who have to have their video fix while eating. The also ofer delivery service, however, for the nearby neighborhoods. My two suggestions for improvement would be to use a flatter, softer, more traditional noodle for their lo mein dishes, and to not add so much pepper to their egg rolls. With these changes, I'd bump them up to a five-star rating.
