Great Place to Relax!!!! – I am a regular client, and I have had nothing but great experiences. The whole entire staff is friendly and customer service friendly. I get mani, and pedicures done regularly here. I also buy gift cards for my friends and they absolutely love them!

Wow a Day Spa on a Military Base Awsome!!!! – I got a flier to the Spa while I was walking around base. And i thought a day spa wow ft Sam is really stepping it up. I went over last Thursday and I had a lot of fun. I had a hour massage and a manicure. When I walked in I was greeted right away. They told me that's It's best to have a reservation and since I didn't they couldn't get me in for my facial right then but they got me in for the massage and mani right away. My massage was so awsome. I have never been so relaxed. After that I had a manicure with that shellac gell polish. I think the nail ladys name was Brenda (love her) and my nails still look great. I love this place you will too.

The Ultimate Experience – My husband started off by checking out there website which was very convenient and easy to book an appointment online but decided to call for more information. The receptionist was very informative and very nice, he was able to book me an appointment for a pkge called the Ultimate Day Spa .

On the day of my appointment i was greeted upon arrival and the manger which was very nice got me all set up for my day at the spa. I was introduced to my massage therapist Bryon and taking into the massage room, my massage was wonderful. After the massage i was then introduced to my facialist Mary and taken right in for my facial. She was very sweet, and i was blown away with the facial i was given.

After those relaxing services i received a spa pedicure with Brenda, she did an amazing job. I was able to talk and laugh with her throughout my pedicure.

Finally i was ready to go, it was a wonderful experience and i will definitely be back. I encourage you to go i loved it

One star service; four star prices. – After spending $400 on a package deal, I was left short with the full effect. The manager was not in on a Monday for questioning and would not be available until Wednesday.

The set up is squishy and could use a make over. The employers are always too busy to answer questions because they are running around frantically, answering the phones or not answering the phone to process a credit card transaction (using the same line).

Each room the Spa provided looked as though it threw up on itself with equipment. They manually put your credit card on file in order to make an appointment, I think that's shady, it is not 1980 anymore. The only way around this is to buy gift certificates for the services and use that number to hold your appointment.

The student soldiers who are not allowed to have their cars here are stuck using this service due to the $50 round trip cab ride to... anywhere off post.

The standards are what you would expect at a Spa in Afghanistan on your FOB.

Go somewhere else – Everything is just so, so. The atmosphere, the look, the equipment and the service. I guess they do have the convenience factor going for them.

Worst place to relax – The worst place to relax. My husband made a reservation for me over the phone on a Special Treatment Package for $100.00. When I got there, the price was $160.00, they offered me a discount of $25.00, plus an upgrade on the pedicure and the facial. I accepted it since it was my birthday and I did not want to continue with the discussion. The 60 minute Deep Tissue Massage provided by Kelly was 18 minutes short, the facial that Kelly explained to me in details before I accepted the discount offered at the beginning end it up not including the facial massage, because she misunderstood and did not include it and finally 2 days after this "luxurious relaxation" the pedicure provided by them looks 1 month old, not to mention that when I explained the incident to the receptionist, Kelly came out of a room and very upset denied it (I knew she was listening). I told them that they could verify what I said by checking their video cameras and they could see the time when she went into the massage room and the time she got out, Kelly left us very unprofessional slamming the door very hard. Is this a place to relax ???? Good luck if you plan to go.
