Editor's Tips
- Save Money:
- If you find a lower rate on any travel website for a Homestead Studio Suite within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, the hotel will honor that rate and take an additional 10 percent off.
- Know Before You Go:
- Many locations offer king beds, sleeper sofas and two-room suites. Inquire for more information.
- The Extras:
- Planning a wedding or a family reunion? The property offers group discounts if you reserve more than nine rooms online.

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
A Nice Place, but....
by Lone Swagman
Part of the Extended Stay family of Hotels.
For the most part a pleasant place to stay, but as noted it does have a problem with the consistency in the preparation and stocking of the rooms.
Had a pest problem which was not addressed until a second visit to the office, at which time the manager did offer to move me to a different room.
Due to positioning of their property away from the main street, appeared to be a far more "elaborate" establishment, as noted above they do not list themselves in the phone book or local newspaper, if a total stranger had not advised me that they were an "Extended Stay" hotel, I would not have even tried them out.
A major pro - is that there is two major grocery stores within walking distance, Walmart and Harmons.
- Pros: Quiet
- Cons: Lack of consistency, lack of advertising
