Marquess checked us in and was very friendly. He was one of the most helpful front desk workers I have ever dealt with while staying at a hotel. He was nice, polite, and friendly.
Very clean room with a good amount of space. Had a choice between firm and soft pillows. Both were on the bed when we arrived. Really liked the firm pillows
Staff and accommodations were very nice and I have always had pretty good experiences at Comfort Inn Hotels in general.
My husband and I spent the night in one of the King Jacuzzi suites for our 10-year wedding anniversary and it was awesome. The room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We have stayed at many Comfort Inns but this was the first one where the front desk called our room to see if there was anything we needed. It was a very nice place to get away too and we will definitely go there again. I highly recommend this hotel.
Ive always had an excellent experience at this hotel, thank you
The lady in charge of breakfast was very efficient & helpful and she did an excellent job of keeping the area clean!
My family and i stayed at this hotel on the way home to Canada. The pool was refreshing and the people were friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
Good representative of the Comfort Inn Brand. Room and amenities felt like it had not been very long since its last renovation. Very comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Only negative--no elevator in two-story building, and I prefer upper floor for quietness. Decent value for the money; I would return.
We were in Parkersburg for a family emergency and needed a quiet, comfortable hotel that was near the hospitals. We certainly found it.
The hotel is on the main road which connects Parkersburg and Vienna and is convenient to many restaurants, Wal-Mart, Kmart, and the mall. Its right behind Red Lobster and Olive Garden, Outback, and Burger King are within walking distance.
The room was very nice with two comfortable beds, a desk with internet access, comfortable chair, iron and ironing board, fridge and micro. The toilet and tub were in a separate room so that another person could use the sink/vanity area.
They had an excellent breakfast with many choices to suit anyone--sausage gravy and biscuits, eggs, sausages, French toast, waffles, delicious pastries, bread, bagels, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, etc. A very friendly young man kept everything well stocked and clean.
We asked for the first floor since I had learned on Trip Advisor that there was no elevator. We heard very minimal walking above us and almost no noise from the hallway even though the hotel was very busy.
The pool and hot tub looked inviting, but we weren't able to enjoy them.
We will definitely stay here again when we are in this area
