Excellent service mixed with excellent food – Wow! You wouldn't even know that this restaurant had just opened up a few months ago with the excellent service and wonderful dishes they offer.
I took a suggestion from a friend to try this vietnamese restaurant out and glad I listened to him. I took my first trip out with a couple of friends during the middle of summer and enjoyed every suggestion that the manager gave us. I was not eating red meats at the time so he offered a variety of seafood dishes that were terrific. We left the restaurant and headed back up to the north end of seattle and got caught up in traffic. Didn't seem to bother us much because the whole way back, all we could talk about was the wonderful meal we had just had. From the clam and dumpling apps to the prawn and crab dish I had, I was in heaven. Liked it so much that I took another trip out this past week and I live 40 minutes on the other side of town. They added a Tuesday live jazz night that fit in perfect with the atmosphere.
I say come with an empty stomach because they have many wonderful suggestions!
Excellent place!! – I love this place as it's clean and friendly with excellent food and drinks...my friend and I went there for dinner and I love that they had a special vegetarian menu for me with lots of choices! We'll definately be going back!!
A hidden gem! – We discovered this little gem of a restaurant on the way home from picking up a friend at the airport. We didn't have reservations, but were made to feel like special guests the minute we walked in the door. The service is friendly and our waiter was able to offer numerous suggestions. It is more upscale the the exterior suggests -- and the food is consistently delicious, from the traditional Vietnamese staples, such as the lettuce wraps (bursting with flavor) to the more adventurous dishes many of which have a little French influence (such as the BBQ duck and the prawns with bacon -- fabulous sauce!). You get a TON of food, so this place is an amazing value. Save room for the Crispy Banana Caramel Cheesecake Xangos. I don't usually do dessert, but these are noteworthy. Our waiter mentioned they were celebrating their one-month anniversary. For being open only a month, they seem to have worked out all the kinks. An overall wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!
