Quinoa, quinoa everywhere! Although I deem it the super grain of the future, I think I doctor it up a bit better than Protein Bar when I cook it at home. However, I feel pretty darn good after a healthy quinoa bowl lunch instead of a typical sandwich or not-so-diet-friendly salad.

Line up for a healthy spin on lunch, like the delicious quinoa-filled chicken burrito and the chopped salad with organic beef and blue cheese.

Loop spot makes high-protein and low-sugar delicious. – This quick-serve spot aims to make eating a diet rich in lean protein and low in sugar as easy as grabbing that next forearm-sized burrito or sugary frozen coffee drink, and just as tasty (nutritional details are prominently displayed in pamphlets and on walls). Morning protein-rich, low-calorie options include Chicago-themed smoothies like the mocha-flavored Millennium Perk (sweetened with the naturally sweet herb stevia) and breakfast bowls like the Flax Your Muscles with oatmeal and raisins. Loop workers stop for lunches of chipotle roast beef and guacamole wraps and lean, protein-topped salads. The grab-and-go area offers Greek yogurts, bottled teas and high-protein baked goods.
