Awesome!!

I have been going to Dr. Sudy for 4 years now and he is the best! I I started doing Microdermabrasion and Skin Tyte over the past couple months and my skin looks great! I am getting stopped by people at work telling me my skin looks great (they have no idea I am getting treatments done!) and that I am lucky because I dont need makeup to look young! I have never thought of myself as having great skin until now, and so DR. Sudy THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will continue to come to you for these great treatments!!!!!!!!

Wonderful Experience at Evolve

Thank you for the wonderful experience I had at Evolve medical spa. I would definitely refer any of my clients to your clinic. The entire staff was pleasant and caring and my estitician was very professional and knowledgeable of my type of skin. She offered numerous treatment opportunities for me and was very helpful to give advise to help my skin on a daily basis. We decided to start with a microdermabrasion and a acid peel that was relaxing and gentle. I am very happy with the results and would feel comfortable coming back to her.

Great place!

I have lived in Charlotte for 16 years and have been to a number of plastic surgeons, dermatologists and medspas for skincare procedures(botox, fillers, laser) and this is hands down the best place I have EVER been. The doctor takes so much time, never feel rushed, even talked me out of a more expensive procedure in lieu of something he said would probably more beneficial for half the cost. Can't say enough good things about he staff and the doctor.
- Pros: great doctor, great staff
- Cons: sometimes hard to get a live person on the phone

No client service skills

I tried to get call several times and could not get a "person" on the line for several minutes. Annoying. I needed to cancel an appt that I had just booked the previous afternoon at 4 and was told "that would be a 'MARK' by my name with their 24 hr cancellation policy. HELLO?? I AM A NEW CUSTOMER!!! They also would not honor my gift certificate from the company they purchased 'Radiance Med Spa'. No thanks, I won't be calling back. Plenty of other places to go!

The doctors and staff make you feel like you are the only person in the office. They could have sold me more expensive products but suggested the best skin cae products to suit my budget. No high pressure sales tactics.
