Did you know that Berry Park has weddings? I happen to know because several couples I know have gotten hitched on Berry Park's rooftop, with yummy food catered by the bar. If there's a gorgeous sunset, an outline of Manhattan, plenty of food, and enough folding chairs, what more do you need? Head to The Gutter for a dive bar reception of bowling afterwards.

Amazing Oktoberfest Celebration – The party was amazing. The live band was great and they were involved with the crowd. People were dancing all over including on the tables. I had a blast. Went Friday and came back Sat night. I'll be back this fri/sat as well. Truly a great party.

German brews and Manhattan views in Williamsburg. – On a warm night, there is no better place for a beer lover than the roof deck of Berry Park. The huge, raucous outdoor space offers gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline and has its own bar serving 15 different German beers on tap. Inside isn’t too shabby either. Huge communal tables (made from wood reclaimed from the ceiling) fill out the cavernous space, presided over by a tall DJ booth for both spinning tunes and projecting soccer games on the wall. The dude-centric crowd is fairly similar, if not a bit more unkempt, than the one at East Village spot Zum Schneider, not surprising since they share an owner.
