Phenomenal! Highly recommended! – If you are looking for a super high class spa place in NYC; Ada is probably not for you. However; if you are simply looking for the services such as facial, waxing, or massage; I would say Ada will give you a pleasant surprise in the Tribeca neighborhood.

I had been a long term waxing customer since their grand openning. I like its aesthetician's experience and super friendly encounters. I tell ya this place is sparkling clean; a hard to find for their pricing. A few weeks I tried their facial and massage during their promotion week. The products they selected and expertise they demonstrated definitely surpassed my expectations.

All in all; highly recommended. Good luck; gals!

Made my day – The new aesthetician is great! I forgot her name, but it started with R... I hope that helps... she was young malasian lady. she said she works four days a week. This is couple of times I went to ada, and today was the best day! I give 5 stars to ada cuz you made my day! And a vote for your spa!

Very good – if you want luxury, don't go to Graceful. if you want massage THERAPY and real, true, effective BODY WORK... GO! i've become a big massage fan during an especially horrible stressful time in my life, and i've been to a mix of places in the city. this is my favorite. i'll trade fancy for knowledge and effectiveness any day. i've never had a bad or weak massage here. i don't remember everyone's name but Steven rocks. he's really good at what he does, which is super therapeutic for me.

love. this. place!

Not Worth It! – I was so disappointed with my experience here. I had the afternoon off, so I was looking forward to a relaxing manicure/pedicure at a high-end salon that wasn't a 'factory'. I was out of there in 45 minutes- even AFTER drying. How ridiculous! I'm not picky, but it literally looks like I painted my nails myself. I plan on going to another salon tomorrow morning for a color change- simply because they did such a terrible job. To top it off, I called them to let them know how I felt- in a friendly, helpful manner, in hopes that this was a just a unusual mistake on their part. The response I got was, "I'm sorry- but we charge this much because of our location. We provide the same service as any other nail salon." Really? Well that's not how you advertise yourself. I will not go back here.

Love their massage!!!!!!!!!!! – I highly recommend this spa. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. The spa seating is comfortable. Their staffs are wonderful and attentive. The price is reasonable. I had tried their mani, pedi and massage. The mani and pedi are good. They have great color selections.  But what I love about is their massage!!! After the massage, I felt all my muscles were relaxed and all my tensions were gone. I’ve never feel so light. I can't wait to go again!!!!

Institute of Skin Perfection!! – I am the kind of person that believes in quality over anything else. When i go get a facial , I am not there to relax ,I am there to get RESULTS !!!!!!As long as my esthetician does a good job ,thats all I care about . I like the way they do my extractions here and being that i have somewhat problem skin, being under the steam for at least 10-15 minutes is actually very beneficial for my skin ! Just thoughts I would share this with the haters below!

Love their facial treatments!!!!!!!!!!! – My sister introduced me to this place. I have very sensitive skin, so I’m skeptical when my sister told me how great Ada facials treatments are. My sister insisted that I have to try Ada spa. I am glad that I listened to her and gave Ada a try. Ada spa is clean, comfortable and relaxing.  With soothing music, dim lights and candles, I felt so relaxed and calmed.  They use all Dermalogica products which I love and their prices are very reasonable. My esthetician Linda was awesome and sweet. She was really gentle when she was doing extractions.  It was unpleasant but not painful. The facial was great, atmosphere was relaxing and staffs were nice and accommodating. I had great experience and my skin looked refreshing. Great value for the price, I would definitely go back or recommend this to friends.

Happy with the results ! – My husband and I went together and it was our first time at Ada. It looks small from the outside, but once there's extra space in the lower level. Women at the front desk were friendly and made us feel comfortable as soon as we came in.

My husband is really picky about his massages. He's gotten them at several other spas in Manhattan and it's rare that he finds one that he really feels is effective. He had Amy as his masseuse and he said she gave an extra firm massage and worked a little harder on his shoulders and back, where he needed it most. He was really happy with the results and wants to know if we can go at least once a month,

They let us sit in the lounge area after our massages to relax. There was no rush to get us out the door and there was plenty of water and snacks. I snuck a tiny pack into my pocket to eat later. :)

Prices are pretty decent. $65 for a 60 minute massage.. Eyebrow waxing is only $9, so that's the next service I'm trying.

Will definitely go back to Ada to take advantage of their monthly specials posted on their website.
