Fantastic Brat – Located in the Trailer Park "Restaurant" area of S.Austin, this place is great! I ordered the Brat loaded. The bread was good ( kolachi bun ) and the brat was done just right. Keep in mind that these dogs are not premade or prewarmed. Every order is made fresh and hot off the grill, so allow about 5 minutes on a good day. Well worth the wait. I will be back to try the entire menu.
Citysearch Editorial Review – This trailer-based slinger of hot dogs provides a lot of options and only asks for a hearty appetite, sense of adventure and a few bucks in return. With several different kinds of relish, from sweet corn to pickle to mango chutney, seven kinds of cheese and toppings from meaty to veggie, diners can go classic or crazy with the possible combinations. Brats, sausages, traditional beef and a veggie dog are the building blocks. Specialty dog combos traverse the globe, including the Cuban Cuban (a dog wrapped in ham with pickle and Swiss) and the Italian Stallion (with marinara sauce and provolone).
