good food - most of the time.
Fajitas is my favorite place to get Mexican food in town, however the food does not always taste the same. The restaurant seems to change cooks (and servers) quite a bit so the experience you get here is always different. However, I've never had bad service, and when the food is good, it's the greatest Mexican food I've had. I've tried many other Mexican restaurants and most of them are as good on their best day as Fajitas on it's worst. For people who can handle a lot of heat, they can ask for the hottest salsa they have, which is much hotter than the 'hot' salsa they place on every table.

Good food, atrocious service.
Good food -- atrocious service
Says it all! Went in for lunch. There were three other patrons at the time. Was given chips and salsa (large mild and small "hot" which was more of a medium). I finished the "hot" right away, placed it at the edge of the table, and when the server brought me my fajita lunch, he moved the empty bowl to the center of the table without asking if I wanted more. The server did not come to be during the meal to check on me. When I finished my meal, I had to hunt down the server (still three patrons in the store) to get a box. He brought a box and I had to ASK for containers for the fajita condiments. He did not bring a bag for the extra chips, instead choosing to place them directly into the large take away bag. I will probably never go again, even through the food is good, because the service is atrocious.
