My girlfriend received a gift card for $50 to this place. It's downtown so try and find metered parking on a Sunday for best prices. The place is small and funky. The service is great and food just excellent. We had one of everything on the menu since we don't drink and $50 is really to get a few really nice glasses of wine and maybe some appetizers. Spending the $50 on just food was a challenge, but we did it. I'd go again. The grilled, salted, dates were the best thing I've ever eaten.
Citysearch Editorial Review – If a wine tasting trip through Napa Valley isn't in the budget, don't worry. This secluded wine and cheese bar downtown provides an intimate alternative for oenophiles. Proving that good things come in small packages, the studio apartment-sized space (600 square feet) on Gallery Row is where vino lovers can indulge in glasses of reds and whites, and cheeses galore. For just five bucks a pop, a variety of goat, sheep, buffalo and blue cheeses are available for pairings, along with marinated olives and marcona almonds. Charcuterie plates and sandwiches like the olive-oil cured tuna with fennel and orange are also up for grabs.
