Strength Through Length is an exercise philosophy that fuses fundamental movements of exercise arts such as dance, Yoga and Pilates into contemporary exercise regiments from sports conditioning and functional fitness to Pilates mat flows. STL offers a unique synergy of muscle execution that results in a leaner, stronger body.
Best pilates in town! – The location is super easy to get to and close to downtown so thats great. Plus I like the teachers. They are very experienced and take the time to give you personal feedback so you are working with your own limitations, avoiding injury and still challenging yourself. They play good music to get you in the exercise mood which is fun! The groups are full of lots of nice people and I never feel that odd commpetitive feeling you get from some classes where everyone is watching eachother to see who is good/bad. All in all a great experience and worth the money!
Change Your Body And Feel Valued @ STL – I've taken classes from both Elisabeth & Lee and both are so great in providing in-depth, hands on training! They both take the time to get to know you and learn about your fittness level and goals, pre-existing injuries, and what works best for your body. I really enjoy their new technique and prespective!
