I just moved to the area and was looking for a salon. Sarah K. is amazing! She fixed the awful haircut I moved here with & gave me the best color I've ever had. Thank you Sarah! I will most definitely be back :)
KRISTIN IS WONDERFUL! – I followed Kristin to Bellezza Salon about 6 months ago and am so glad I did! This salon is both professional and relaxing. Kristin is such a great stylist and makes you feel so comfortable. Even my tween daughters love getting their hair done here. Everyone is very friendly and I look forward to the calming atmosphere. I like to try and change my look every so often and Kristin somehow knows what looks best on me and is a "magician" with hair color!!!
Location HASNT changes the great service you get! – to "LocalGrl"....I have been a client at Bellezza for years. At both the old location as well as the new one. The "office building" that they are in now in gives their growing business a bit more room. They "grew out" of the old location. They havent been at the new location long. Give them time and Im sure they will work out any kinks. All though, I dont see that they have "3 chairs where one should be". In my opinion there is plenty of room between me and the next client. I also had NO problem hearing my stylist when talking. I guess Im just a bit protective of a warm inviting place that I have been going to for years. Seems to me your review was a bit petty. Now, on to MY review!....I see Lisa B and I must say, she is the BEST. She always takes her time with my services. She guides me with what looks best and I trust her completely! The rest of the staff is always welcoming, kind and very friendly. I will NEVER go anywhere else! I LOVE the new place! Thanks Bellezza!!
Very unpleasant experience – I used to go to this salon when it was on Main & Evans and liked the atmosphere and the hair services. They moved to an office building on Main Street and it's terrible. You feel like you're in an insurance office. The space is big but the layout of the stations is crazy, they pack three chairs in where there should be two and then have all kinds of open space that isn't used. The lighting is horrible, the acoustics are impossible; when you're getting your hair cut and the person six inches away is getting their hair blow dried you can't hear your stylist and you get the other person's dryer air in your face. There is nothing comfortable, upscale or pleasant about this salon. They need to hire a salon designer to make this noisy box a salon or move again. On top of the miserable surroundings, the stylists seem to be having internal strife and the snide comments, eye rolling and huffy behavior is annoying even though it's aimed at fellow employees. I don't understand why it's so hard to find a great salon that stays great, it's as if there is a rule that they have to self destruct every few years.
