I've used principle for my move about a week ago. I was pleased to see some russian guys doing the move for me. I had good time moving, nothing got broken, guys were very fast and professional
I have never had a better moving experience and I moved a lot in the last couple of years. Both guys were very professional, very well prepared and definitely knew what has to be done. It was just the way these things are supposed to be done. Very much a recommendation.
Great company for your move. The rates are more than fair and you get your supplies and pretty much everything else covered. Very hard working and dedicated crew. Their truck looked a little weird with no company logo but hey, it was big enough and in good condition. I just got to say that I enjoyed doing business with both the crew and the office via phone. All my stuff delivered in excellent condition.
I’ve moved with principle this past weekend. Guys did a great job, even took my couch through the balcony, what other moving companies I contacted refused to do. I understand that there are safety and insurance issues, but why advertise that “we can do it all” where “all” simply means a standard move. Representative from principle came out, took a look at my new apartment and assured that it is doable. 2 young gentlemen came on time with all the supplies and did the move perfect. No scratches, no damages, despite some rain, nothing even got wet. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and will use them in the future.
Principle moving helped us move into our new apartment when we moved last week. When their workers showed up, not only were they professional, they were prompt and had a good work ethic. They got right down to business, and were in and out in less than 4 hours. They took direction well and were careful not to track in any dirt or mud, especially because it was wet outside at the time. If we ever move again, I will be calling pink moving. Not only are their crews great but their customer service at the main facility was also extremely helpful and friendly.
In the beginning I spoke with Anastasia on the phone. She gave me the estimate price and all the initial information with the timings. The workers( can’t really remember their names) arrived early on the day of the move (after calling me first). The guys covered every detail of the move with us before getting started. They proceeded to pack and move every piece of furniture in my old home without nicking or scratching a wall. They were fast, yet highly conscientious of our belongings. The same held true when they arrived at our new house. They unloaded and placed all our contents in our new house without a nick or scratch to any of our newly painted walls. Each and every piece of furniture was also perfect without a scratch or dents anywhere (the only movers I have ever used that were able to make it without damage). In addition, they went the extra mile to get our refrigerator into our new house as well (which was no easy feat I may add)! In the end, the guys finished the move in the exact time estimated and with the same price quoted. I would use Principle again and I will definitely recommend them to friends. If you want a smooth and worry free move definitely check Principle Moving out.
This was the worst move in history. When I scheduled the move I was assured that this company was professional and experienced. I discussed with the rep that my last moving company intentionally took their time to jack up the cost. I explained to her that I did not want to experience this again. I was assured they were professional. They were not. I had to call them to confirm my move. On moving day they showed up late. I called to see were they were and was told that they were 15 mins away. They showed up an hour later. When I expressed dissatisfaction the mover told me that he could just leave. They showed up with no dolly, not moving equipment , no coverings etc. It took them 3 hours to move 20 boxes 3 feet to an elevator and then to their truck. It took them another hour to break down my bed and put the rest of the stuff on the truck. On the way to my new place they movers decided to go get something to eat delaying the move further. They took another 4 hours to unload my things to the new place. All of my major items were damaged and scratched because they didn't have any tie downs or covers. I had to move a few things myself because they didn't have the proper equipment. When I refuse to pay the overage because I felt that they intentionally took that long to increase the bottom line, they called the police on me. I was forced to pay for a service that they didn't deliver or go to jail. Anyone out there please do not support this business. They are scam artist using the old bate and switch. They bait you with the low cost only to provide you with in experienced movers who intentionally take their time to increase the bottom line. They don't even own their own moving trucks. They rent them from Ryder.
AWESOME JOB! Smooth move, fast service, no damage, and great pricing! If you are moving anywhere in the South East - call these guys for a job well done. Thanks so much!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you so much for making my moving process a fabulous one, I will gladly use your service again. Kind, courteous, with attention to detail, all of my things made it to my new home without any damage. Thank you again!
