Zini's Pizzeria - The best pizza in town! – Zini's Pizzeria is located in Dallas' Deep Ellum district, right next door to the wonderful music venue Trees. I go to shows at least once or twice a month in that area, and I whenever I need a bite to eat, Zini's is usually where I go. They have the best pizza in town! The ingredients are high quality and taste great, and they always have fresh pizza right when you walk in too! The staff is friendly, and the prices are fair too, especially considering how high of quality their pizza is! I can't recommend this place enough!

Best Pizza by the Slice – Zini's Pizza has the best pizza and best deals on pizza by the slice. No matter what time of day it is, you can always go in and get a hot, fresh slice of pizza. There is no other pizza place i have been to that serves pizza by the slice right then and there. You always have to wait everywhere else, but not here. There is always fresh pizza in the window for your enjoyment. So if you are every in the mood for pizza go with the best. Go with Zini's Pizzeria!!!!!!

Zini's pizza is the best no other can EVER compare! – My husband and I aren't really pizza people, but one day one of his guy friend and his wife were in the mood for pizza since we occasionally go out to eat together and me and him were indecisive. At first we were a bit skeptical about going all the way to downtown for a slice a pizza but they swear by that its the best pizza ever. So we gave it a try and whoa was I wrong we were both amazed in how crispy and cheesy the pizza was and we ordered pepperoni with jalepenos it was just great! The atmosphere is also very chill which is great so you can just relax and have a great piece of pizza!! The staff are very friendly and we also became friends with the owner who is a great guy. So you have to come buy and give it a try and you too will fall in LOVE!

The Place for Pizza in Deep Ellum – I was hanging out in Deep Ellum, watching some bands at a club down the street from Zini's (which used to be (or still is?) Franzini's) when I got hungry. I knew my options were a few places I could sit down and get service formal-restaurant-style, a couple of corporate franchise type places with predictable food I could get from any common suburb, OR I could grab a tasty slice from Zini's, conveniently scarf it down, and then head back to the show just in time to effectively skip the band I didn't care about and see the bands I came to see. Option three was a given. Zini's makes consistently great pizza, the sauce is tangy and somewhat sweet (in a good way) and the cheese and toppings are high quality. They are always refreshing their available "by-the-slice" pizzas, which is pretty necessary since they get steady customer traffic, even in relatively-dead Deep Ellum. A 2 topping slice runs $3, which is just fine for a quick, delicious snack from an urban center (most downtown pizza ranges from $3.25 to $4 a slice when you want more than just cheese on it). The drinks are cheap, too, which just adds to the oasis-from-your-music-club factor. I recommend a slice of pepperoni and jalapeno absolutely drenched in parmesan cheese and red pepper. The service is nice and prompt. I don't live close enough to ever utilize the delivery service, but when sitting in the restaurant they always seem to be processing orders and they appear to be pretty darn good at that, too.

So, in sum, if you're in Deep Ellum and want some pizza, or a quick bite to eat, or an affordable taste of the best Dallas has to offer, Zini's is a must!

Zini's is seriously YUMMMY pizza!!!! – My friends and I ordered some delivery from Zinni's and got a slice of heaven!!! Hehehe!!! I know that sounds corny, but it was soooo freakin' good!!!! The driver, Spencer was very friendly and the pizza was hot, both of which everybody knows is a complete rarity in Dallas. We had the extra parm and everything......

The alfredo chicken pizza was amazing and the spinach cheesy raviolis were comparable to the results of a VERY good date!!!!! You absolutely have to go there or order in!!!! GREAT stuff!!!!

Great Pizza, Better Service – Whether by the slice or a special order special large pizza, you can't beat Zinis. The restaurant is a warm welcome to the Deep Ellum community. Spencer, who is always behind the counter when I go in, is both a great service and a charmer. Go.

Pizza by the slice! – Right in the heart of Deep Ellum stands a little pizzeria that I love. Zini's has the best pizza in Dallas. The pepperoni always comes out crispy on the edges and the cheese is melted a perfect golden brown. They get all their produce from Farmers Market so everything is fresh and crisp. Along with your average pizza toppings they have a chicken pesto, BBQ chicken, and the 100 pounder! Appetizers such as their famous Garlic CheeZi Bread and wings are also available. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly. They deliver and best of all, you can buy pizza by the slice. Just walk in for a snack after a night on the town! Can't get any better.

Best pizza in Dallas for the cost – I lived most of my life on the East Coast where the italian food and the pizza is second to none. The pizza at Frazini's is the closest to east coast style pizza I have found in the Dallas area. I highly recommend it. You can sit in the conspiracy bar, have a beer and eat pizza. The best times to go are after a late night down in deep elum or Sunday afternoon.
