DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM BERTERA – I purchased a car from Bertera and brought it back to them twice WITHIN 30 days. Each time they said nothing was wrong with it and told me to bring it to Toyota, "they would say the same thing". So I brought it to Toyota and at the time I brought it to them it went over 30 days. It turns out the car needed a new engine.
I was stuck dealing with a lawyer for a year and had to get another reliable car to drive in the mean time. After a year of dealing with a lawyer I only got $1000 while the new engine cost me $6000. I had to save up enough money to replace the engine and at the same time pay two car payments and insurance on both cars.
Another year went by and I was still not able to sell the car by itself so I had to trade both of my cars in for one car. Now, years later I'm basically still paying for two cars due to all of the negative equity, and will be until my car is paid off.
Do not buy from Bertera, they ruined my life.
Beware - don't go – The worst dealer I have EVER gone to. Had seen a used car on line, called to ensure that it was still there before making the 1/2 hour trip to look at it and take a test drive before deciding to buy. When I got there and asked for the sales rep I was told to ask for, I was informed by the sales person who greeted me that he would take care of me. Stated what car I was interested in and would like to take it for a test drive. He said that before we went for a test drive he wanted to know exactly how much I was willing to pay for the car. I gave him my price, he went off to the manager and came back with a price $3,000 higher than the internet price and that I could only get that price if I bought it over the internet. The price they quoted me was also higher than the red tag sales price that was on the car itself!
Best dealer I have ever gone to – The best dealer I have ever gone to. I drove 2 hours to go see Chris Ledoux, specifically. I am in love with my Subaru 2011 WRX. I really did my research, and this is, hands down, the best Deal and service in a Subaru dealer you will find from New Hampshire to Delaware, and everything in between. This car makes me want to drive, and think about it when I'm not.
Harrasment – First, let me say that I rarely write these things. I was interested in a honda crv at this dealership two months ago. I made a fair offer on the vehicle over the phone, and the business manager agreed. He then told me that someone else was coming to view the car, and that I better put down a deposit over the phone. (High Pressure Sales). I would not, and two days later the car was of course still available. I spoke with Chris when I called back and he said he would get back to me in a couple of hours. Two days passed. I called and spoke with Naomi, who said he was busy clearing snow off of cars. I did not hear back from them for two weeks, and in the mean time, bought a great CRV that I love.
I told Naomi that I purchased another vehicle, and not to call back anymore. She has called me two more times since then. Her coworkers, have called me three times since then. Chris the idiot who lost the sale, called me twice including today. Last week when Naomi called, I threatened to file harassment charges. They continue to call. These people are unprofessional, disorganized, and will harass you if you inquire about a vehicle, and then go elswhere b STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If any Bererra employees read this stop ##### calling me.

The service at Bertera Subaru was excellent and sales person, Charles, was very helpful to finalize my selection. Any questions I had were all answered to my satisfaction. When I picked up the car the staff was very helpful in explaining the car’s interior and exterior features.
Everyone was awesome! – My salesperson Charles and the manager steve were just awesome.
