Tips for Method Sound
Craftsmanship, expertise and customer service, outstanding!.
I wanted to add my praise for Method Sound and it's owner Michael. After reading the reviews here and on CitySearch, I took my 08 Mini Cooper Clubman in because the stock stereo was sounding pretty crappy. Michael listened to the sound system, had some ideas (a number of options, not just one) and asked if I could leave the car for a morning so he could really design a good solution. His initial idea included an amplifier and sub woofer but was out of my budget. No problem. He proposed upgrading the speakers in the front of the car as a Phase 1 and then if I still wanted to upgrade to the amp and subs I could do that later.He stayed in contact with me as he said he would, through the entire process and the end result was stunning and under budget!
Michael is a craftsman. He obviously takes great pride in his work. It's apparent in everything from his shop which is as clean a shop as I've ever seen to the state of the car when he gives it back. He also knows sound and acoustics. My advice would be to go in and talk to him without any preconceived ideas of what you are going to do. The result will be superior. I'm going to post this same review at Yelp, please don't think that this is any kind of spam. I just want to make sure that others looking for a quality stereo installer in Orange County can find Method Sound.
Excellent work!! Quality!!. Got my stock stereo system upgrade on my 2008 BMW 535i. He did an exceptional job on my ride! Also keeping everything in my budget. Love the sound, very crisp clean sound. This guy knows whats up, very few can work on such delicate cars without tearing and ripping things apart. I've had my bad experiences with these so called stereo shops, they want you in and out and just want every dollar from you. Not here! Love quality of work, I'm very satisfied! I think my next upgrade is a full front and rear camera system via iDrive screen. Thank you Method Sound!
The Very Best!!!. Mike has done some outstanding work on my BMW 540 and RX7. His attention to detail for his work is beyond approach! Highly recommend his quality work!
QUALITY!!!!. Hey Michael,,you are too much !!!! Those pics. are awesome!! Who else does that?? ANSWER..nobody!!! I REALLY CONSIDER MYSELF LUCKY!! To find a true professional to install my system!!You have no idea how i worried about who I would find to do the install& not do some hack job on it!! My friend,,true craftsmen like yourself are few & far between!! THANKS AGAIN Mike!! Great car system & work.
I took my car to Method Sound to get a car system put in my car. My friend recommend this place and said they do great work, are affordable and neat with their installation.
I dropped my car off for a few hours and came back to a booming system. The sound was great and the guy who installed it (the owner) was a nice guy and you could tell he took pride in his work. Method Sound is legit!!
My car sounds great.
I shopped around for a few months and finally found a car stereo company that was a reasonable price. Every stereo company I called or visited was either way too high or very pushy and aggressive.
I found Method Sound online and called to get pricing. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice he gave me a quote that was in my price range. I booked the appointment and it only took a few hours.
One of the reasons I chose Method Sound was I dealt directly with the owner and he did my car installation. I thought that was great to have the owner install my system because he knows what he's doing and he will do great work. I was happy with the sound and have made another appointment to go back and have my navigation system & satellite system installed.
