Best Nutritionist Seattle has to offer – Michelle is a master at her trade, she is the best nutritionist I have worked with thus far. Not only is she one of the brightest nutritionist's I have been to, she is most likely the nicest one in Seattle. My diet is back on track and I have began to understand what to eat and what not to, Michelle doesn't just help you eat better she actually educates you for the future so it is easier to shop and pick out the right things.
Great Nutritionist – Michelle Babb is a wonderful dietitian. I felt silly seeing a nutritionist but my wife urged me to go with her. The results have been amazing, we both feel like kids again and have the energy to enjoy our lives together. Not only am I healthier in body, I am healthier in mind, and feel more confident about myself. Our whole family has benefited from the experience.
She dropped a truth bomb on me! – No longer a skeptic! I was one of those guys who thought that eating healthy was for girls and real men ate red meat and potatoes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After my dad had a heart attack I figured I better get my head straight and start taking better care of myself. The problem was I had no clue how to do it and the internet is filled with so much contradictory info. Michelle is now my mentor, lol! If you are looking for a dietitian call Michelle Babb.
Call Michelle! – I am an athlete and although I think I know quite a bit about nutrition I thought I would go see Michelle after one of my soccer buddies told me about her. She teaches nutrition at Bastyr University too. All in all I was very impressed.
Try Michelle's Recipes – Michelle is not only a great nutritionist, she is a great person who truly cares. Most of us do not eat well all the time. We don't have to apologize for that, but knowledge is power, and seeing Michelle has given me knowledge.
Everyone's habits and lifestyle are different. For being an active person I used to run away from carbs and did not eat a lot of meat. I did not realize I was starving my body for how active I was and it was catching up to me. My energy levels were low and I my body was not recovering. Now I think I am eating healthier and feel fit to do all the thing I love. Also I've tried a bunch of her recipes and they are truly awesome.
Nutrition for the Whole Family – Sometimes being a young mother of 2 exhausting. Ok, it is always exhausting. Especially when your child is always feeling sick. Went to see doctors and they told me he was fine, but he was always complaining. Finally someone recommended Michelle to me. She was able to look at my son's diet and eliminated some things and gave me recipes that added a lot of nutrients. Kids should be out playing (when its not raining) not lying in bed complaining of head aches and stomach pain.
I feel sooo good – I did Michelle's 30 day cleanse and I honest to god feel like I'm in my 20s! It's amazing... I would highly highly highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to regain their life get more energy and really enjoy their everyday life. By far the best Seattle Nutritionist!
Great Nutritionist/Dietitician – Lately I have had trouble with my overall energy and digestion. Michelle helped me start a realistic diet that helped eliminate my food allergies. Now I have more energy and less stomach problems. I certainly miss eating dairy but it is worth it. She is great with getting kids to eat right and overall a perfect family nutritionist.
