You will never get bored! – About four months ago I decided I needed a drastic change in my workout regimen. As a true believer of yoga and pilates, I had gotten stuck in a rut. I knew I needed to try something new, and that is when I found Brian. Brian has a unique instinct and focus for each individual person in the class. Also his classes are amazing because it's a little bit of everything- It's hard to get bored! He mixs up each class with some boxing, kickboxing, plyometrics, resistance training, sprinting, yoga- you just never know what he's going to come up with! Despite the intensely hard, challenging workouts, there is a mind- body connection to everything we do, it's awesome!
The boredom that I was experiencing before is gone, and in place is excitement, and pleasure as I see the way my body is changing. I am not only leaner, and stronger but I feel more confident in everything I do. The classes are small, and everyone is supportive and holds each other accountable, which really helps. Circuit of change has changed the way I look at working out; if you are in need of a challenge this is the way to go. You will be super pleased with the way you look, and you won't believe how strong you've become!
Despite the rumors, fitness is fun! – This class lies somewhere between innovative and arduous and holistic and rejuvenating. I don't know whether to start with the class itself or its leader Brian, but they both deserve an equal amount of praise. Working out has been an enormous part of my life since I started walking as I am and always was an athlete. Typically I have found that in order to get balance in my life I have to do yoga in the evening, and weights or cardio in the morning... until now...
Circuit of Change elegantly combines both the healing aspects of yoga and meditation with the heart raising demands of circuit training. I leave feeling both exhausted and rejuvenated in a positive state of mind. However, as great as the class is, and it is always different so I never know what to expect, it doesn't hold a light to how wonderful Brian is. He is genuine, caring, focused, and unconditionally inspirational. He keeps the classes small so that personal attention is not negated and focuses on everyone's goals and comfort while catering to all levels of fitness.
In general, I can't recommend the class enough. I am not one for reviews, but I felt so strongly about this, I opened an account to spread the good word! Check it out!!!!!!
A trainer who truly cares.... – I have been in NYC less than a year and discovering Circuit of Change has most definitely been one of the best things to happen. In the 8 months that I have been enrolled in this program, there has been a noticeable difference in my body shape and stamina. I have a long way to go but having a plan is the key to success. As long as I follow the plan that Circuit of Change has developed for me, I will reach my goals!

Training for the body and mind – I've trained with Brian on and off now for quite some time, and I can certainly tell you that when I'm not training I truly miss it!
The classes are not just your standard pushing weights around. They are an intense mix of many forms that keeps your body guessing as to what is next. I always see a great change in my body's strength, endurance, and ability to adapt. What I also love about Brian is that he also gives you the tools to take what you learn in class and use it on the outside to constantly better yourself and be able to achieve your goals.
If you want to a good work out and to challenge yourself, this is the place to do it!
Amazing Experience – "I have been training with Circuit of Change for about a 5 months now. In just a short time, I have made some amazing changes, both mentally and physically. Every session is different and always challenging. The classes are small enough to get personalized attention and the added bonus of a unique and amazing bond that happens with the other members in the class. Circuit of Change is also very committed towards working with improving their clients as a whole. I meet with my trainer each month to discuss what's been going on and how I am feeling. Terrific experience – I started with Circuit of Change about 2 months and it has had a large impact on my health and general well being. Brian really helps you zone in on your goals and makes sure you remain focused on them in and out of class. His workouts are really intense.. I leave each class totally gassed but also exhilarated and full of energy for the rest of the week. Brian also makes sure the workouts don't get stale by mixing them up...a great blend of cardio, plyos, kickboxing and yoga. Highly recommended.
Unique, Intense, mind-body Experience – I just became a member at Circuit of Change and so far the difference in my life has been incredible. Circuit of Change is a unique holistic health and fitness company. The semi-private workouts are everything you need but like nothing you have ever done before with an incredibly combo of plyos, boxing, kickboxing, yoga and meditation. And let me tell you the first class I took was a complete shocker— the hour flew, the workout was intense and at the end all I could think is when’s the next class? Brian, the founder is a true health and fitness guru no matter who you are or what your goals are Brian will make sure you leave these semi-private classes with the ultimate workout accomplished and an incredible peace of mind.
