bye worries – I called up ADT and they gave me the best offer regarding their security cameras.

I am a mom with a lot of worries and having security cameras I think would ease these worries. I didn’t pay that much and I like their service.

I really appreciated the level of customer service I got when I requested a quote from ADT for the small business I work for. They came right out to do an estimate, were very thorough, and came back promptly the next day with a ladder to look at our control panel, which was placed above our ceiling tiles. He also quickly gave us a quote, and followed up a few days later. I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The representative's name is James Genereaux.

However, we did not end up going with this company because it was pretty pricey. I was quoted, for a 10k sq ft building, 780$ set-up and the same fee annually for a burglar alarm. The fire alarm monitoring was even more expensive. It was $1300 set-up, plus $2000 per year for monitoring. This was really excessive, since we already had all of the equipment in place from another alarm company. The quotes did not include any additional labor time, which would be charged by the hour. The company we ended up choosing included the fire monitoring for free, and all labor was included.

I’m a businessman and my office is at home. I should protect my employees, my assets and of course myself. That’s why I subscribed to ADT Security. It’s been 2 months and I feel secured with it.

At first, I was hesitant to get an alarm system, but after our next door neighbor had their house burglarized while on vacation, we are so glad we got ADT. I go to bed every night knowing my family is that much safer.

Where do i start with ADT?

I have been paying monthly direct debits for full monitoring and maintainence cover of £21.95 for the last year and a half and i have still not had the system connected to the phone line yet. I have also given up trying to get my money back from them as i've been paying for a service that i'm not recieving because, well they just ignored me. But the final straw was this morning when i called about having the batteries changed on my alarm key pad.

We moved our apartment and before shifting we checked with ADT and they told us you move to your new apartment we will put the ADT apparatus free of charge in new apartment (we specifically checked are we starting ...a new agreement they said no --we confirmed it twice) and then a guy came to our new apartment and made sign a new agreement and told it is only for one more remaining year we happily signed the agreement then the game happened over and now they say that we have started a new agreement so we have to pay for another 3 years. Now they have charged for both the old and new apartment (one disconnected ADT service in old apartment and for new service in new apartment) and we have contacted them for 3 months till now they have not refunded us the money. They tell it takes a month to refund the money. Why it takes 1 month to refund the money if so we have contacted them many times till now we have not received the money back and now they say we have two agreements. How that is a customer is having two agreements. We were loyal customers thinking that we would like to continue this service for another year even after moving to new apartment now we are wrong and we feel really frustrated with this company the ADT. Never again with this company. Money sucking people.
