Lousy! I have been using ADT out of Morrisville and they are lousy when it comes to post sales support. Currently, I have a system issue that they have yet to address after two months. They have not shown for scheduled appts, wanted to reschedule appts, and now, they say they can't do what they said they could do with respect to failover from landline to wireless. ADT, you need to get your act together. Maybe CPI will do better?
Best and Best – Best and best. I could get the right words to explain who great i am to use their service. ADT is really functional and effective.
User Friendly – Their security cameras are so user friendly. I did not find a hard time learning how the system works. Thank you ADT!
Great Company – This is a great company and I would buy it again several times over. I would like to see this company go on and create good things.
concentrate on my job – I'm usually traveling and having to be on the road and away from my house made me a bit paranoid of what's happening back home. I was so thankful ADT Security helped me to get over this paranoia. Now that I have their system installed at home, I can concentrate more on my job and leave my woes behind.
I really had problems with my bills. It is increasing and I do not know why. I ask for explanations but it was never clear to me.
Their outstanding customer service + fair & honest pricing: They answer quickly, they don't try to push unnecessary product, and they are transparent in ALL their pricing, from contracts to sensors.
I can characterize my experience with ADT as one of the most frustrating to date. My wife and I had a $3,000 Custom Home System installed in September and have had nothing but issues. Last month a tech visited the house to fix one of the iCenter monitors that had stopped working approximately two weeks after activation. He walked in and out of the house numerous times, unplugged cat5 cables that did not correspond to the ADT system necessitating that I come out of pocket for repairs to my network, left the house stating that he was going to pick up a monitor and would be back that day. Approximately 4 weeks later we are still waiting for him to show up.
This morning I learned that it is possible that ADT is going to charge me to fix what has really never worked.
If you are looking to purchase a security system, please look at other providers. Our sales guy promised the world, none of which has been delivered. When it is all over I will have spent almost $5,000 in equipment, installation and servicing fees for a system that has not delivered what was promised.
I had an amazing experience with ADT Home security system! Their installer were on time and polite. He quickly installed the home security system while explaining its functions to me. Thank you for increasing the security of our house!
