As a very athletic adult, I workout six days a week combining my workouts with spin, boot camp, total body condition, turbo kick, zumba, yoga and pilates. None of these show the results that you will achieve with kettlebells. You will be surprised of how much of a cardio and weight workout you will get that touches every muscle of the body! Unlike other group classes, you will never be bored since there are so many different exercises and you will burn a tun of calories.

Kettlebells with Richard at McBurney – This is a great class! If you want to sweat like there is no tomorrow and feel awesome at the same time this is the class. I never tried Kettlebells and I took the class with Richard in McBurney and I became hooked. I tested my limits and I acheived great physical goals. It also doesn't hurt that Richard plays some great music (I feel like I am listening to my own Ipod). I f you want to burn crazy amount of calories and gain upper and core strength this is the way to go. Richard is also very encouraging and a ball of energy.
Totally Changed My Perception Of Strength Training – I've been a runner for seven years during which time I completed six full marathons. While I always felt the need to work my core and upper body muscles, I've never enjoyed using free weights and machines. I started taking Richard Lehman's kettlebell class at my YMCA by chance and his workout totally changed my perception of strength training. You will be amazed by how fun and challenging it can be simultaneously with a good instructor like Richard, who has solid knowledge about proper technique and what each exercise does for your body. I also particularly like that Richard demonstrates techniques with very clear, to-the-point instructions without slowing down the class -- particularly beneficial for those looking to improve their endurance. If you are new to or curious about kettlebells and if you are serious about your overall health, I highly recommend that you go straight to Richard Lehman.
Kettlebells are incredible. – Richard's Kettlebell Training class is incredible and totally kicks ass!!! I try to do as many different physical fitness related things as I can (swim, run, lift weights, basketball, you name it), but this one takes the cake. Seriously, I'm sore in all sorts of new places my body has never been sore before, and although that word sounds frightening to some, man I feel so good and so fit!
Kettlebell's are the real deal. The workouts aren't easy. But what's good for you never is. Yes it will burn and be painful and make you sweat and push you. But it's also better and a more effective workout than anything you've ever tried.
Best Bootcamp in the city! – I am a pretty athletic person, I have tried boxing, swimming, aerobics and the list goes on. I have been looking for an affordable Boot Camp class in the City and I finally found one. One word AMAZING! The work out is challenging and definitely gets your heart rate up! I'm looking forward in continuing the classes.
The bootcamp consist of using the Viper, Kettlebells, WaterBall, Ropes, TRX.Im telling you once you start you will become addicted!
Hooked on Kettlebells – I've been body conscious pretty much my whole life, so I'm no stranger to fitness regimes. I must say that kettlebells are by far the most impressive of them all for me. In Richard's class you get a cardio work-out mixed with weight training, with lots of focus on core strengthening. This stuff is better than Pilates folks! Richard's classes are upbeat and non-stop. Without a doubt you get an excellent full body work-out all in an hour's time. I highly recommend to anyone serious about getting in shape.
Best chair massage ever!!!! – Richard came to my place of business last week and performed a chair massage for my employees. I have hired other masseurs before to provide quality relaxation for my employees, but Richard is by far the best. He was professional and all of my employees gave Richard a glowing review. They asked for him to return as soon as possible for another session.

Kettlebell drops pounds!!! – I took an intro to Kettle Bell class with Richard three weeks ago and have been going every week since! This work out is truly amazing. It’s intensive yet doable and it doesn’t matter your age or body composition kettle bell is for anyone who wants to get an excellent workout. I’m hooked and extremely glad that I was exposed to it.
Hey Won, Thanks for sharing your kettlebell experience. I am so glad you pointed out that kettlebells can be done by anybody who is healthy. Kettlebells should not be intimidating to anyone. Kettlebells, if executed properly, are an extremely functional tool!
Addicted to Kettlebell – I was introduced to Richard's kettlebell class about 4 months ago by a friend. I had used kettlebells a bit before that but only a few times. After my first hour of class with Richard I was hooked! I can't even explain the feeling after a class, you get an AMAZING workout yet have so much energy! After a few years of trying different workouts I finally see definition in my arms & notice my stomach & legs are getting smaller. Richard is a great instructor & I tell anyone that will listen about Richard's kettlebell class. If you want to see a change in your body just try out class with Richard, you won't regret it!

Want a total body workout? Think outside the box! – To many (especially women), kettlebells may look intimidating, however, they can be extremely effective in losing weight and toning muscle. Even though kettlebells are (re)gaining popularity (thanks in part to the movie "300"), good instructors and classes are hard to come by. So I was thrilled when I found Compliment Your Body's kettlebell class. The instructor (Richard) is a great motivator and he realizes the importance of proper form and technique. Plus, his classes are consistently challenging but very fun. So for those of you striving for a strong, lean body without the bulkiness of a bodybuilder, then give Compliment Your Body's kettlebell class a try!
