The whole experience made me happy to be an ADT customer. It’s been a while since a customer service call reminded me that I was a happy customer.
The person who came to my house gave me a very reasonable price on my security cameras. The installer who came here was nice as well. He was really good at talking or lecturing. Good job!
Having an alarm system installed in your home would give you a big difference in the way you live. Like me, it really changed my life. Now, I don't get to go out or sleep and worry about our safety. I had a worry-free vacation. Thank you ADT!
my kid likes it – Thanks a lot for the newly installed alarm system! My little girl likes it and she feels safe with it. I am not looking forward to false alarms tho.
Great Investment – ADT has been the most valuable investment I've made for my family. I cannot just take for granted the safety of my family's safety, This is a good investment,, really. You should get one for your family.
Sooo Frustrated – So frustrated! Just signed up with ADT two months ago...a week ago we arrived home to find the police showing up a half hour later. There was a problem with our home security system and police were dispatched - when we called ADT they said they tried several times to call us. We did not have any calls from ADT. After speaking to several managers, they confessed that they called but it went straight to voicemail since the alarm triggered phone to be off. Their policy is not to leave a message but if they know that the alarm will disarm phone, this policy sucks! Today i forgot the alarm was on and opened door by mistake. I went to disarm the alarm but no call from ADT. Spoke to them and they said that since we disarmed the alarm within 120 seconds, there was no need. I responded what if there was a burglar with a knife to my neck? We told them that this policy didn't work and they replied that we are stuck until 2012. So let me get this straight...they do not provide service they are supposed to and i have no way of getting out of contract?
Safe as always – I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what!
Terrible – ADT is my second alarm company and they are terrible.
I have had nothing but headaches right from the begining. They didn't set my account up correctly. They overcharged me for my monthly fee. The alarm system lost all it's programming for some strange reason and no one could fix it over the phone so they sent a technician out for $200. A supervisor told us that it would be no charge and two weeks later we get a bill for $216.00. We called the corporate office and they claim that we need to talk to the local office. We call the local office and get voicemail.
Additionally, ADT sent us a bill after the first year of our contract saying they were raising our rates. Even though we have a contracat stating a certain price. They are ripoff artists.
better secure your possessions – I have my new ADT Security system installed. My sister suggested ADT and so far I am exceptionally happy with the service. I would say that when it comes to home security and safety of our family and our possessions it’s better to check for the value you get for your asset. It’s better not to take chances with things which are inimitable.
