PLEASE READ – This is my first time to bother writing a review for a company and here is why:

This company came in with the lowest quote for my cross country move and was extremely helpful. I needed my stuff held for a month while we worked our way across the country "no problem, Sir".

When our personal belongings arrived, the boxes were beaten to hell and it had been looked through. My wifes expensive purses had been stolen and the material inside of them thrown in to a box. My very expensive Martin Guitar did not arrive at all.

Please, Please, Please do not use this company. Do not even dial the phone number, don't even ask for a quote. I am a good person and do not want this to happen to anyone else.

Great Moving Company! – I have actually personally made use of ABC Quality Moving for my own moves. It is constantly uncomplicated to deal with; showing up on time and providing quality service at a budget friendly rate.

Very Professional Service! – I have personally utilized ABC Quality Moving for my own moves. It is constantly simple to manage; showing up on time and supplying high quality service at an affordable price.

Fraudulent liars – Because they stack fake reviews on top of one another to cover the good reviews, i will re post what another has already posted. Please, be in touch if you have information. Our lawsuit has the potential to help other victims as well. This company LIED about our goods being in transit to Michigan from SF. We learned that they NEVER even left SF, yet we were repeatedly promised new delivery dates, after each earlier delievery date was missed. We only got the goods back AFTER WE FILED A LAW SUIT. We located them in a storage facility outside of SF. This company exists under several names, and we have heard from other victims. To protect yourself, do not use any moving company that uses the phone number 888.858.8029.Also, they increased delivery price after pickings up the goods. The addresses they gave us for their company are all fake; they are not bonded or registered with California. Spare you and your family anguish and do not use this company or LA Moving System which is another name they work under. I hope this brief tale (it is longer and more complicated) will protect innocent people. The positive reviews are probably other lies. My family is still pursing damages, at least to get back the money for the move that never happened! They should have a zero raring not the stars they have. They victimize decent people.

Worst moving experience ever!!!!! – The fact that this company has so many 5 star ratings is laughable. I can guarantee one of the scam artists that work for this company wrote every positive review.

I don't even know where to start..... Showing up to pack at 11 am and leaving at 4, charging more than 3 times the original quote and letting you know about the price increase after they have your stuff in their trucks and the trucks are gone (they hold your things hostage until you agree to pay), horrible packing, unprofessional workers,.... I could go on and on an on...

If you use this company after reading this because their quote is a grand cheaper then you deserve to pay 3 times the original quote and have all your things thrown roughly in the back of a beat up truck.

Excellent, Dependable Company – I wish to thank you for the wonderful support ABC Quality Moving deliver to our move the 2011 weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did an incredible job packing up lots of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing in addition to car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion making the transition to your new location easier. I can't even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours.

Superb, Dependable Company – We had a short move from the downtown apartment to midtown. We chose ABC Quality Moving in Monrovia simply because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the lowest priced we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything possible to protect our stuff. We were shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We had minor damage to our bed, and when I pointed it out to them, they offered to pay the entire cost of the repair, well beyond what we were insured for. The damage was so minor, and really beyond their control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. If we have to move again, we are using ABC Quality Moving.

Really Expert Service! – I heard lots of stories from my friends about moving companies, coming into this move I had been very doubtful about everything, but in the second these guys started working it was like watching art in progress, everybody did their job in amazing coordination. I had been tired only from watching them. ABC Quality Moving is a superb company and I will never move with every other company.

Movers never showed!!! And still haven't phoned me!!! – I have to say this was the most frustrating experience. Our house is completely packed in boxes...movers were supposed to be here yesterday morning (Sunday 11/13) and I was supposed to receive a call from a driver on Saturday. Well, no confirmation call from driver so I call my relocation specialist and left a voicemail. I also emailed her. Nothing. Then Sunday morning 9am and no one shows. I call and leave messages at all 3 available extensions. No one calls me back. The supervisor extension mailbox is full...convenient. I email 2 different people, no response. It is now Monday evening 5pm. No one has gotten back to me STILL!!!! They tout great customer service but this is hands down the WORST service I've ever received. Just called my cc company to dispute the $250 deposit I paid them. Now we are in limbo...just booked with another company and the soonest they can get here is Thursday. ABC Quality Movers has totally F*d up our entire week. Oh and the new company I booked with told me they have an "F" rating with the BBB. Go figure. Just wish I knew that first.

Can't believe company is still in business – After getting three quotes i decided to go with ABC Quality Moving. If my experience can help others choice a better company I hope it helps. Awful customer service no phone call returns, actual price was way way over the original quote, hard to get a hold of anyone in the office, tried talking to the supervisor yet never heard back from anyone - I think they are similar to the Capitol One commercial, I was waiting to speak to Peggy. My items were stacked on their sides which I kept asking them over and over not to do especially the fragile items, my items were not inventoried and am now missing items. Items were thrown roughly into the truck while I was standing there and I made comments and they were again disregarded. Overall experience was horrible. Please look for another mover since this was truly a huge headache and the quality of service was not worth the quote that ballooned to be the same as a Mayflower or Allied United which I have used before and are much more professional.

Do not use this company – Terrible experience with this company. The movers who came to pack my house did not arrive until 9:30pm after their truck broke down. They were at my house until 2am. Those movers actually did an excellent job once they arrived, however the communication with my moving specialist throughout the day was terrible.

When the movers arrived at my new location to unload my things they were also hours late, arriving at 4:30pm. This was after the scheduled arrival day was moved by several days due, again, to a truck breaking down. I later found out they actually had a staffing issue vs a vehicle issue. Again communication was dismal.

The movers did a HORRIBLE job. Severely damaged several of my items including a tempurpedic mattress and a couch. They completely destroyed my wooden file cabinet. They put heavy boxes on top of boxes marked 'fragile', crushing several boxes. They also did not finish unpacking until 3am. It was absurd at best. They were extremely unprofessional.

I am still attempting to file a claim for damages. So far I have filed my claim twice. I was finally told today, a month after first filing my claim, that the claims company is no longer processing claims for ABC - I wonder why? I was not told this by ABC when I phoned them last week to have them call the claims company. I am now being directed to ANOTHER claims company and will likely have to complete my claim yet a 3rd time.

This was a very bad moving experience. While my moving specialist did resolve the vehicle issues involved in my move, she did not communicate with me at all. Very stressful and unpleasant all around.

Extremely satisfied with the actual moving team! – I moved my business in Monrovia to a different location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had learned about ABC Quality Moving and decided to call them to get an estimate. I was greeted with a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of ABC Quality Moving excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all of the expensive items I had to move. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew just how to wrap and pack the items. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what might have been a very stressful experience, into among the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the moving crew! – I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Monrovia moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. ABC Quality Moving provided the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The 3 movers were promptly, very professional, and very helpful. They completed my move to a new studio in lust a couple of hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as decided, although there were a few additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for that chair. Overall, ABC Quality Moving made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them.

Fast, Effective, Careful and Respectful. – Recently i hired ABC Quality Moving to help me with my move. They made a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about ABC Quality Moving, is that the owner, personally came to my apartment to create the estimate. In all the many years of living in Monrovia and all the moves I've made, this was the first time that the owners has had the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men that came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful wonderful my belongings. Not only was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I had been given held true after the move. I have already recommended Manor to several of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my next move. You really can't go wrong with this company!

Thank you very much! – It had been my first move, so naturally We have lot and lots of questions, and all were answered patiently by the very patient Christi who won my business with the professionalism. Every little detail she provided and my husband when we conference called about the hourly price and extra price of supplies, was a big help on the go day. We were packed and ready for your movers, and had an easy, surprise free move. Well, no damaging surprises anyway. There were nice ones: they gave me an arrival window of 8:000-10:00am, and arrived on 8:05. That was a good start and I was glad your day kept going in that direction. They were always smiling, even with the super hot day I wound up moving on. ABC Quality Moving made my move fast and simple.

Completely Unreliable – The people in the office are the worst to deal with when trying to communicate after the pick up of your goods. One simple question puts them on the defense.

I wish that I had someone tell me to check the BBB website or to call them prior to making arrangements with this low class moving company. You will also see them as Allstate Relocation Movers. Huh! I wonder what that name change is all about?

Excellent Job! – I used ABC Quality Moving for to move from Monrovia back to NY and they really did such a great job that I had to write a review. I was very concerned that they may damage my gorgeous bedroom set but they moved it perfectly without even a scratch. I also couldn't believe how efficient they were. ABC Quality Moving weren't even very expensive compared to other movers. My move was seamless!

Best movers we found! – My family and I used ABC Quality Moving movers for the past 9 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 5 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 4 hours with 3 packers. ABC Quality Moving moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend ABC Quality Moving movers in Monrovia!

Great Moving Company – We moved last week with ABC Quality Moving and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of two was fast and efficient and did not damage anything.

They were very professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. It is very useful for long distance movers.

Fast and Friendly – I just wanted to thank ABC Quality Moving for sending such a great crew. Sebastian and the three young men were efficient and took very good care of wrapping and moving my furniture which I was a little concerned about. This is one of the most stress free moves I have experienced.

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend.

Great Moving Company – I just moved and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of 3 was fast and efficient and

damaged nothing. They even had to go up 2 flights to get all of my stuff and go up 2 flights to put

it away in the new place. They asked me where I wanted stuff placed. The price didn't change

even though there were a few extra items not mentioned for the estimate (that must always

happen). I highly recommend using this moving company. Knowing the cost before you move is

great, and then you don't have to hope they hurry it up to keep it cheap.

Turning a move into a good experience – I am very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of this moving company. Highly

recommend. They arrived on time, packed our wardrobe, picture frames, and anything else that

wasn't ready. They did an exceptional job taking apart and putting back together our bedroom

Great service – I recently moved after being in the same apartment for a LONG time, and having not moved for

so long, I was very apprehensive about it all - the packing, the actual move, etc. I needn't have

worried...Alberto and his crew (Angel and Angel 2) were RIGHT on time, they carefully loaded up

all of my stuff much more quickly than anticipated, and then within an hour of them pulling up to

my new house, I everything was unloaded. I was really pleased with the entire experience and

would recommend them and use them again myself as well.

Excellent moving experience – I had an excellent experience with Mark (moving my daughter into her apartment ). He was on time, had 2 men in his company unload a completely filled cargo van and have the entire contents in my daughters 9th floor apartment in 30 minutes. All three were incredibly pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend him and would use ABC Quality Movingy without hesitation.

Would Absolutely Recommend Them! – I recently used them to move from a house to a high-rise condo, with a pit-stop at a storage facility along the way. The movers worked quickly and efficiently, but were still very conscientious and took care to not damage anything. Fast and Efficient – They were on time, moved very fast and got the job done within the minimum move time. No lollygagging just hard work. Would hire them again anytime!

Best Movers Ever – The 3 guys Worked efficiently and respectfully from the minute they arrived. Great care was taken with the very heavy furniture and smaller items and they communicated well any time there was a question. Stairways were difficult, but they managed without damage. Would use again anytime.

So happy I found them... – A co-worker of my friend Adrian had previously had used your service and was apparently satisfied enough to pass the word on and recommended you. I have to say, your guys were fantastic! You showed up to my apartment on 2 hours notice and it only took your guys an hour to clear the place out. I would have never been able to do this all myself! From the beginning, ABC Quality Moving was a pleasure to work with. We were nervous about having to spend so much on moving, but after the horror stories we'd heard, we figured they were our best shot. We were right they were amazing, the move the whole office in a few hours. Great job.
