My experience at Gastonia Nissan was awesome!! Anthony Underwood and Erica Allen took really good care of me. When I got there, I was a little nervous because of negative car buying experiences from my past. However, they both made me feel really comfortable. I was very pleased with how I was treated, the respect I was shown, the pleasant atmosphere that the entire staff provided, and the consideration that was extended to me. I did not have to sit there for hours waiting on answers. I went in with one car and rolled out of there, the same day, in a brand new one. Will I buy from Gastonia Nissan again? You'd better believe it!! If you need a car, go see Anthony Underwood. He will do you right!! Stop in there today. You'll be glad you did!!

Dave is the best salesman anyone could ask for. This is my second vehicle I purchased from him and my sister also purchased an Altima from him. He always very professional and straight up with me and gives me all the rebates and incentives I qualify for. If you want the best deal without the hassle you must go see him. Leon the finance manager always takes care of us too.

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Gastonia Nissan. Each time has been an excellent experience, especially working with Dave Kallam. He was extremely helpful in upgrading me from my Sentra to a new Altima. I also want to compliment Leon in finance for getting me the best terms possible to make this purchase. Overall everyone there treated me with a great deal of respect. I have been to other dealerships and have never received the superior customer service they provide. I will always do business with them. Dave was very thorough going over everything on the vehicle and highly recommend calling and asking for him.

2009 cube tires/hubcaps – My wife bought a 2009 Nissan Cube 2 28 10 and last weekweek had another flat so I tool the car to discount tire in Gastonia across from the nissan dealership and the car only has 17650 miles on it and upon Discount tire taking the hubcap ( 2 of them ) they fell apart and was going to fix the tire and upon me inspecting the tires ( all 4 ) i noticed they looked awful low on thread... i asked the rep at Discount tire to check the tire thread and it measured 4/32 and that was really bad for a tire to only have 17650 miles so i called and went to the dealership and was advised my sales mgr Mike Kim and the service manager that the hub caps and tires is not a warrant item.. these tires should have gotten at least 30K miles but they got 17K.. This dealershipis not that good and will not help any customer out .. this is the last that I will ever buy from Nissan ...I even called the General Manager of the dealership and i got the same ole song and dance from him.. what a joke this dealership is !!!I sure hope that they can sleep well at nights knowing they screw people over like this... If anyone is looking to buy a car, go elsewhere....unless u want to get taken to the cleaners and get bad service........

BEWARE of Gastonia Nissan Service Dept.... – My Mother took her 2010 Cube to have the NC State Inspection done on her car on July 21,2010 and to find out what a noise was when she turned her AC Blower on. We received a call from the Service Writer, Mark Linton, who told me that she needed a new tire @ $198.00 , due to a nail being in her tire and a new Cabin Filter @ $80.00. I declined the new tire and cabin filter due to I could get tire cheaper somewhere else.

I then asked if car was ready to pick up and was told tat it had not been inspected yet. Needless to say was FAILED due to the nail in tire an needing a new cabin filter. Mom had to pay $23.75 before they would release the car and was told she had 30 days to come back to re inspect to pay $6.25 for E-Sticker. chriNC Inspection allows 60 days to re inspect. I took car to a local repair shop, where they looked at the tire, told me it could be plugged, which they did and they inspected the car, it passed it and only charged her the $6.25 for the E-Sticker, I walked out paying $12.25 for tire plug and inspection. Needless to say she WILL NOT be taking car back to Gastonia Nissan except for warranty work ONLY if the Nissan dealership in Charlotte is busy and can't do the work. BE WARNED!!!!!!!!! They pray on women and the elderly.
