DO NOT EVER STEP FOOT HERE, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! – Like most people, I have been to many places where I haven't received a great level of service-- Normal, right? Well, I have NEVER, EVER been disrespected by someone to the extent that I was by Nima, the PATHETIC BUSINESS OWNER, at Nima Sun in Westwood, CA. He is, by far, the rudest, most insensitive, disgusting person I have ever met in my entire life. I had scheduled an appointment for a spray tan at 11 am. Being the person that I am, I arrived early and waited patiently until they opened (which was supposed to be at 11). Nima didn't arrive until 11:45, after I had called several times, left voice messages, etc to no avail. I waited so long and missed a total of two hours of work because I wanted to do something nice for myself for my birthday-- of course, that didn't happen. Five clients had come by within that hour and left, noticing there was absolutely no sign of life. Another girl waiting there was also very upset and said "They run on their own schedule here. It's ridiculous." When he FINALLY showed up, he showed absolutely NO sign of remorse whatsoever. I asked what had happened and he looked at me as though he owed me NO explanation. In fact, he ignored me altogether. I told him it was my first time there, I had missed two hours of work for this, and that frankly they had left a terrible first impression. All he said was "The girl called in sick, what do you want me to do about it?" YOU'RE THE OWNER. APOLOGIZE ON BEHALF OF YOUR STAFF. SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE, YOU EGOTISTICAL, DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING. As a "professional business owner," wouldn't you say it is common courtesy for you to say "I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. My employee called in sick and I tried my best to get here as soon as I could. Please let me compensate you for your time." What kind of response is, "What do you want me to do about it?" And then he has the nerve to ask me if I'm teaching him "Business 101." If you had any idea of how to run a business, you wouldn't be driving 5 clients away. You would install a call routing system, that would forward calls in such circumstances. You would have the decency to apologize. You would want your customers to come back, not DRIVE THEM AWAY. Isn't that the point of these groupon deals? We know you're not making much money off such specials, but the idea is that customers should want to come back and, eventually, revenue will increase. GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND, WHILE YOU'RE AT IT, LEARN SOME MANNERS. If you can't handle a business on your own, go do something else with your life. Don't waste people's time and energy on a sick, unprofessional business you are "running." This is the first review I have ever written, so I hope you can all see how terrible this place was. DON'T EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS DISGUSTING HOLE IN THE WALL EVER!!!
