Can NOT FIX 92% of AC UNITS IN MANHATTAN!!!

I called this place on a Monday to fix my AC in Manhattan. They were booked out a week in advance- was thinking it was because they were reasonable or good but it could of been another reason like poor management. Anyway... called again Friday told the guy what kind of system I have and what needs to get done- the guy says I'll call you RIGHT back... after an hour and a half nada! Left messages, no return phone call. I call again Monday, he has someone else call me back but only to find out-

THEY DO NOT WORK ON PTAC A/C SYSTEMS!!!! Are you kidding me??? I'd say 90%+ of the buildings in NYC have these systems so why are you even in the ny market? I told them this UPFRONT and I was never told they don't service these. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I'm telling my fellow CitySearchers so that if, like most of us here in nyc, you need repair on PTAC heating/air conditioning unit realize they don't work on them. Go elsewhere.
