I'd never use her again! – I signed up with Pat to be my trainer back in March of 2011. I planned on hiring her for only 1 day a week , but she advised me that 2 days a week at minimum would be better. We came to a mutual agreement that for a reduced rate I'd hire her for 2 days a week.
Our sessions started off great. We met at 5:30's at my apartment and she had innovative workouts that helped to tone muscle and increase overall fitness. I was so pleased my improvement in the first month that I even recommended her to a friend. But then somehow she decided my appointments were going to be always at 5, and now I could never workout on Tuesday's or Thursday's because of her other clients, and I couldn't work out in the morning because of her other clients.
This was of course the end of the positive review. As Pat tried to grow her business I found my workouts were getting cancelled and/or she was running late. In the past month I had a Friday night workout cancelled, a Saturday workout cancelled, a workout postponed because she arrived 30 mins late on Sunday at which point I told her I wanted to discontinue my use of Pat as a trainer. She made it very clear that there are no refunds so I worked dilligently to try and find another time for an appointment. We scheduled for the next Saturday and I found myself in the gym ready to go speaking to a Pat still in bed. Finally I got an appointment in after many lude text messages sent back and forth as I tried desperately to just cut ties and receive a refund.
I thought ok, we are going to have our last session and we will go our own ways. Then last night comes and after I explicitely explained that she needed to be on time because I had something else to do right after we worked out, I got a text 10 minuts before my workout that she was going to be 20 minutes late. So that is how this story ends.
Pat has my money and I have a bad opinion of Pat. Ironically the friend I recommended her to has a similar problem making appointments (and she paid the full rate). If you are willing to get screwed out of time and money go with Pat. Otherwise I recommend you find a trainer that is affiliated with a gym and that has a valid (not expired) training certificate.

Best trainer ever!!!!! – I've been training with Pat for 6 weeks now and she has definitely give me a new outlook on what exercise is about. My body is much stronger and my energy level is through the roof. She tailors her workout program to suit your needs and fitness level. She will put your body to work but it is all worth it. The bottom-line is if you want to transform your body and life within 3 months Pat is your trainer.
Great Personal Trainer – Pat is a very motivating personal trainer. She is thorough with her work, professional in her dealings and provides a holistic approach towards fitness.
She is not only focused on physical training, but also goes a step further to manage your nutrition and prepare your body for the goals you've set.
I've been training with her for over 2 months now and plan to continue.
