Love this place. I got an excellent deal from Groupon and I'm very happy with the results. The receptionist Lucy is very friendly, answers all my questions and responds in a timely manner if I call. Gabriela is great...makes me feel completely at ease, explains the procedure, so personable. Highly recommended. I was so impressed after 2 treatments - I am adding on services! Also, try the microdermabrasion scrub...awesome!
Landa Cosmetic is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I have had 5 treatments, and I am happy with the results thus far. Gabriela always asks if there are any particular stubborn hairs that I want her to focus on.
I have always been able to get an appointment when I want it, and they have been very flexible when I have had to change the time.
I have been going to Landa Cosmetic & Spa for several months now. I am very pleased with the results- wrinkles as well as brown spots are fading!!! Great service- very warm atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and professional.
anything and /or anyone who can give my tired and dull skin a glow, is amazing to me. And that's just what the estheticians at Landa's are doing for me, so even though it is not my style to write reviews and I should be working not surfing the web I am writing this now. And I'll keep going to them.
I just finished my second laser hair removal appointment and I am thrilled with the results. I was nervous about how the procedure would work but the setting as well as Dr. Landa's consultation made me feel much more comfortable. Even after my first appointment I saw great results and now I am trying to decide what area to do next!!
I recently purchased a Groupon for an Endermologie treatment. Best feeling ever! When I left the office afterwards, I felt fabulous. I even lost 2 lbs. I will definitely come again and recommend to everyone.
I bought a Groupon for Landa back in May for 4 Micros. It was a good deal and I figured at the worst I would get some help for my breakouts. Not only did they help with my acne but with the treatments I was given even my scars have improved. The staff is excellent and very accommodating even when I'm running late. After each treatment I feel refreshed and relaxed. My Groupon ended in June but I still continue going to Landa because they are good at what they do. Highly recommend them!
My Fiance gave me a gift certificate to go to this spa. I do not like to keep up with my "Beauty". But i must say ever since i started working for a landscaping company my face became broken out and dirty. When i came here every one was friendly and made me feel welcome. My face has been ever so clean and i feel like it looks even better then before i started landscaping. Ive been going there often and even tell my guy friends I am not ashamed. I really recommend this spa.
So let me just start off by saying that I love to go to spas but i never went to really help resolve a problem with my skin, it was all for just pampering. But I gave birth to my 1st son about 12 months ago and one of the "Great" perks of pregnancy was the changes in my skin. : (...I ended up with discoloration of my skin around my mouth and was very upset with the way it looked. I was embarrassed to go out and I would load on tons of makeup to hide it. Going here changed everything with me they have reduced the dark spots alot! Ive done the micros and peels, and the girl who did them was so knowledgable and very kind. I've recently started doing photorejuv. and omg this treatment works wonders! ...I love this place ..the receptionist is very nice and helpfull and So is Gabriela Landa.
no gloves, no receipt, no information – There was no information anywhere on the procedures and medical advice/warnings. When the receptionist finally got off her computer she gave me several forms to fill out acknowledging I had been given materials and advice on the procedure, and was agreeing to follow the post procedure regimen/instructions. I asked the receptionist for the information, but there was none. I was told it would be explained to me when I got into the procedure room (a half hour later). The paper from the prior client was still on the table, all rumpled, the aesthetician did not use gloves, I did not see her wash her hands, and I'd be willing to bet the machine had not been sanitized. I asked to have everything explained to me, and only then discovered several things I would have to follow after the procedure, including using their expensive, chemical-laden products.
When it was time to leave, I asked what the charges were for. The receptionist rattled off some things (they all have heavy accents and it is hard to understand what is being said). I paid with a credit card, and asked for a receipt for the services. All I got was the credit card slip showing the total amount. What kind of "doctor's office" professional place operates like this??
I see my doctor tomorrow for the blisters that have shown up on my face and back, and I am praying they are not a staph infection.
