Reviews for Acadia
Acadia looks like a restaurant straight out of Mad Men. If Jon Hamm walked in, ordered a glass of scotch, and winked at the bartender, nobody would be surprised. And that classic aesthetic is key is to the charm of Acadia, a new upscale restaurant in the South Loop. Try the Stonington lobster pie and order yourself a scotch for desert – it's what Draper would do, before seducing the bartender.
Ryan McCaskey has brought fine dining to the South Loop with this beautiful white jewelbox of a restaurant. Plus, they grow their own herbs in boxes out back.
Chef Ryan McCaskey is a genius. Who says fine dining is dead? Minimal decor lets the beautiful, five star dishes shine
