The Fresh diet is by far the best diet out there!!! I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy and lost it all!!!!! I also lost an additional 10 pounds that I have always been trying to get off. A total of 70 pounds!!! There is nothing better than having delicious, prepared meals waiting for you at your door step every morning...I get so excited every day like its christmas morning to open that bag! Can't wait to see my meals for the day. It is a pleasure to eat something different everyday also, unlike most of other diets that I have tried where your eating mostly the same foods everyday! All of the foods are fresh and delicious!...Especially the almond cheese cake for dessert!!...Yummy! This diet teaches you portion control which is the key to weight loss!! It actually teaches you the correct way of eating. I also love how I can pick the amount of calories I need for the day. Signing into my account and choosing my meals is the highlight of my day! The fresh diet is the BEST!!!!
The Fresh Diet – I can't say enough good things about this. I am hooked. The food is delicious, and I've lost 20 lbs since February when I started. I can clearly see my abs for the first time in 10 years.
I really don't need to lose any more wait but I plan to continue indefinitely 3 days a week for maintenance and health and convenience I really like that you can skip a day whenever desired. It realy helps for busy people who may travel. My one suggestion is more fruits and vegetables. But really couldn't be happier.
Very pleased with the food and service – My wife had me try this service and I was worried. Last time I did one of these services many years ago from another company I did not like the food or service. This time IT IS GREAT! So much happier with the food choices, the amount of food, and the ease of using the website to schedule my deliveries.. I have renewed a couple of times and I'm sure I will keep going with the Fresh Diet. I'm extremely happy with it.
Enjoyable way to lose weight – I absolutely love this service. If you can't lose weight on this there's no hope for you. Great tasting non processed food fresh at your door every day. I'll keep it going even after i reach my goal weight. I don't feel deprived at all. I certainly don't miss eating out at restaurants and that bloated feeling as you walk back to your car...
Great for Vegetarians! – i've tried several home food delivery services and the frest diet is the best! as a vegetarian (no animal/fish flesh) it's usually a toss up as to what kind of meals you'll get, so i was pleasantly surprised with the options i was offered. the food tastes great, you're never hungry and you get dessert too! i've used the plan several times and will definitely be back again. even if weight loss isn't your concern, this is a great way to have balanced meals for the working person, or just for someone who's interested in eating healthy. the bonus is a few pounds less!
Easy way to eat healthy – Fresh healthy meals, you choose, delivered to your doorstep. Just like a personal chef! Wonderful menus, healthy ingredients and great service. Would give 5 stars except it still is a bit expensive for most people, but when compared to what I spend eating out and on groceries, I can justify it.
Losing weight fast – I re-started the program after several months hiatus. This time I decided to go hard core. By focusing on eating only what was delivered to me in The Fresh Diet, I lost 9 lbs the first week (I guess that probably 4 of that was real weight loss). After a few days, the hunger pains subside because I'm eating many fewer calories than I used to. But now I feel much better, and my blood sugar is stable.
The food is delicious too. I don't miss anything from my usual garbage diet. I figure if I can keep this up for 6 weeks, I should reach my goal of losing 20 lbs.
Fresh. Tasty. Convenient. AWESOME! – I LOVE The Fresh Diet! I started just about a year ago when I needed to lose some weight. I had gotten into a bad cycle of working late, picking up take-out on the way home and then eating way too much. I got a flyer in the mail for TFD and figured I'd try it. I wasn't really sure what to expect going in, but I was amazed at how good everything was. There is an amazing selection of choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks every day. (I still haven't gotten around to trying everything because I just can't pass up some of my favorities.) The meals are pre-portioned and after a few days of eating "normal" portions, you really aren't hungry. Yes, I lost weight, but I have to say what keeps me coming back (in addition to the yumminess) is the convenience. I do the plan Mon-Fri (generally skip weekends) and it is awesome to know that with my schedule I don't have to worry about shopping, planning meals - or the alternative, eating crap. I love knowing that no matter how late I get home, a healthy, tasty dinner (and dessert!) will be waiting for me. Even if you don't need to lose weight, I highly recommend TFD to any busy professional who could use a litte help eating A LOT better!
